From the moment you step off the elevator, you are greeted by name and a warm smile by their excellent receptionist, Cynthia, or Amanda, followed by any other staff member who is in eyeshot of you. The wait time at max is 5 minutes, and that's only because I may have come in early. As others have said, Dr. Micheal is phenomenal with his skills and bedside manner, but I would like to give high praise to my therapist, Dr. Shoaib. Dr. Shoaib is very personable and lets you know exactly what he's doing when treating you and why. He really cares about your recovery. Dr. Gill is always upbeat with a great attitude. The PTA's are incredible as well. Camilia, Christian, and Paul are always ready to move you to the next step of your treatment or answer any questions you may have. No one there believes in wasting your time. You're never waiting around for anything, and at the same time, you never feel rushed. Your sessions here are in perfect balance. I had an…read moreaccess-a-ride eligibility appointment set up by my which all pertinent documents and paperwork that would've been necessary for me prior to my arrival. I was unlucky enough to have a worker by the name of Quest (supposedly because when I asked her name, she rudely turned her back on me and walked away, and I had to ask someone else who was in the area what her name was) assisting me with my application. Quest then advise that I had absolutely no paperwork no information nothing that she would need to effectively do her job so therefore my application would be denied (which is incredibly odd because again my doctors office sent all the information over to them on my behalf and my application was approved and everything was all put into place) I was told by this woman thatI would never have access a ride, and that I had essentially wasted my time and hers showing up for that appointment which was very inappropriate for her to say. What I find particularly disgusting about this interaction, besides the fact that she was so rude my first day meeting her she was very dismissive and cold as I was trying to just gather her name and have my doctor ask why she didn't see the information that was sent as I had called them to confirm that everything was already sent on my behalf prior to my appointment, was that I am not able to walk as quickly, and I'm currently using a cane, and this woman took that as something she could play with by walking away from me so quickly as I was trying to speak to her rather than being a professional and answering my questions prior to my departure.

Don't be fooled by the typical strip mall exterior; the services here are top notch. We mostly saw Joe and Jessica, but everyone we worked with was great with my daughter. In a few weeks her handwriting was back to normal, she could play her cello again without pain, and she could do her schoolwork without complaining (at least not about pain). I not sure why the name Connieappeared in my review. Vinnie was the reason I selected Ivy for my rehab. I had visited three physical therapy sites before coming to Ivy and Vinnie approached me while I was in the waiting room and offered to show me the facility and explained the physical therapy process. I was so impressed with his dedication and kindness that I asked him if he could coordinate my physical therapy and he immediately said of course he would. I spent eight weeks with him coming twice weekly and left fully healed with no pain. I give his therapy plan and guidance full credit for my recovery.
