The doctor prescribed a drug I like using, which coincidentally, is carried by select pharmacies because it's very, very popular. While most doctors' office staff would let me figure out how to get the drug myself, Total Medical did just the opposite. The staff went above and beyond for me, calling multiple pharmacies to make sure they carried a specific drug. When they found one, they called the prescription in for me and called me with the details. Moreover, when I forgot a medical document upstairs, they brought it down to me. As for the actual doctor's visit, I waited only a few minutes to be seen. The doctor explained why my allergies acted up, and ways to prevent it from acting up in the future. He was calm and patient -- and how all doctors should be. Ultimately, Doctor Goldberg and his staff treat me like family by being nice and providing great service. Other primary care doctors I've been to make me feel like I'm settling for less, so I always come here.

I was referred to this place after I was injured and honestly there was hardly no offices open for patient care at the time. I disconnected not because I didn't need treatment I stopped going because I wasn't receiving the right type of care. The physical Therapist caught Covid and I was treated by the masseuse. I still remain injured but thankfully I found a Doctor who cares about the patients well being and not just about how many people you can overcrowd in a waiting area. Getting into an accident and using no-fault accident insurance can be challenging but the reality is that the pain the people suffer is real and therefore the treatment should be real as well. Don't get me wrong this is a very smart Doctor Who cares very little about quality patient care. Stay away there are good no fault Dr.s out there if you search.

I was diagnosed with Carpal Tunnel, tendinitis in both wrists and forearms and arthritis in the neck. I've been going for about 3-4 months thus far and the episodes of numbness and tingling have become farther and fewer on a daily/weekly basis. I was very fortunate to not need surgery but I have witnessed and talked to other patients who have had various types of surgeries done and the team appears to be familiar with what they have and how to approach their respective care. The surgery entailed the placement of seventeen titanium pins as well as separate carpal tunnel surgery in my right formerly dominant hand. I was unable to write my name, drive, dress myself etc. Through professionalism, patience , hard work and kindness Carlos Martins, Hamlet Aristy and their team helped me to regain usage of my hand and arm. Subsequently, I recently developed a left frozen shoulder . In addition to the pain, my range of motion was severely hampered. And yet my denial didn't stop my balance and tripping problems and finally falling a few times a year. I said enough. Their office worked with me to set up a schedule for treatment. My partner was getting PT from Sai. He convinced me to get assessed and I did. He told me my left get had major problems and needed to be put back in place with muscle alignment.
