To my amazement, Justin and his wife came early in the day, they even brought treats for my dog, and spent the entire day working on the house. They fixed every issue, cleaned up the property, cleaned the screens and windows and just really did an amazing job. However, I'm still trying to clean excess grout sealer off the tile on our bathroom walls a year after they resealed our grout in March of 2023. The color does look better, but many of the grout lines bleed over onto the tile, resulting in a very sloppy-looking job. The worst part was, I had told Connie that I'd had the bathtub reglazed and needed to have the guy come back to fix a couple of small spots he missed. She told me to have him do that first because she didn't want him messing up her grout work, so I did. When Connie and her granddaughter came to seal the grout, her granddaughter so badly scarred and scratched the tub in multiple places, I've just had to pay $750 to have it completely redone. For the $650 I paid to Connie I feel our tile should have looked fabulous and the tub reglaze should have remained intact. She and her granddaughter only spent half a day on the job as they seemed to be in a hurry to get somewhere. Our bathroom is small, but apparently it should have taken quite a bit longer than that.

I immediately liked the professionalism with Mike and Angie. After we agreed on a time and day for him to do a free estimate, Angie followed through confirming the appointment and Mike was right on time. Out of the other appointments I scheduled only a few even showed up and none were professional, showed up on time or showed up with a work truck and tools ready to do the job if hired. Mike was friendly and easy going and had the truck and tools for any job needed. He bid the job, we agreed on the price and he finished timely, cleaned up any mess made and we were so happy! We have called him out many times since then from everything to electrical outlets needing repaired, garage door motor installation, drywall and siding work to a porch light needing installed and trim work. Century Flooring came up first and even though there was only one review at the time, the pictures of the completed floors were as a thousand words! Unbelievably stunning. I called and spoke with Franky Fofiu, owner of the company. He came out the next day and gave me his estimate. I hired him on the spot. Two days later, he and his employee, Albert, showed up and went to work. 8 hours later, a masterpiece had been installed (2 bedrooms). The finished job exceeded our expectations. It was unbelievably gorgeous - perfect in every way. We couldn't be happier. They treated our home as if it were theirs. We can't thank them enough. Anyone we know who is thinking about hardwood installation will get Century Flooring's name and number. I doubt that there would be any who could do a better job.
