Tenovus sits in…read moreone of the main charity shop zones at the bottom end of Mostyn Street (the other being in Madoc Street). It's a cancer charity which I think is based in Wales so it isn't as high profile as many of the other charity shops around but it's well worth supporting. I remember once upon at a time they had a kiosk in Asda where they sold charity scratch cards which. Not surprisingly it disappeared soon after the National Lottery stated up so their shops are now an important source of income. The shop sells the usual range of second hand clothes, books, videos and so on. It's a nice little shop with friendly staff so please visit it if you're in Llandudno as they need your support.

She is very rude to the customers and to the volunteers, I've seen her boss them around. She tells customers to look at cheaper things if they challenge her about the price and she rarely haggles. The layout of the store is awkward and the shop floor is often messy and cluttered, you can see into the store room and that is extremely cluttered also. The bric a brac is placed any old where and the jewellery cabinet is crammed making it hard to see the jewellery, which is always tangled and difficult to look at on an old jewellery holder. The books are very expensive and in poor condition to the price, you cannot just enter the shop in hope of a bargain anymore! I most certainly will not be shopping there again! Sue Ryder in Rhos used to be mine, my Mothers and my Grandmothers favourite shop in Rhos, not anymore, things need to change and fast! I know that its down to location but it is also extremely hard to park in Rhos and with my diabled Grandmother it isnt ideal, the step is also hard for her to climb.
