Completely unreliable, they were 8 hours late on a delivery, and when they finally arrived they only had half the items. The items they provide are in such terrible shape and broken. Would not recommend ever. read more

Writer's Note: This is an updated review that I felt compelled to write after the following exchange that took place this morning. I don't know what happened to my original review, but I think you'll get the gist of it. This morning, I received a call from the owner of Grace Gardens and George's Tents & Events. George told me he heard I was planning a wedding for "next June or July". He seemed to have no knowledge about my past attempts to obtain a quote for a tent for May 26th, 2013 or the fact that it took three weeks for someone (now I know his name, Edmund) to contact me on July 7, 2012. George definitely did not know that Edmund in fact met with me, my wife, the bride's family, the sales manager, and the catering manager at Coronado Country Club at 1:00 p.m., five days later on Thursday July 12, 2012. George also apparently was unaware that we have been patiently waiting for a quote for the 7,000 square foot tent--almost one month later to the day. I informed George that after not hearing from Grace Gardens/George's Tents & Events for a couple weeks, we were subsequently forced to obtain two competing quotes--one from a local tent vendor in El Paso and one from Albuquerque. Both quotes arrived within three days and we've been in regular communication. After explaining to George all of the above, he felt the need to bash his competitors (the two private country clubs in El Paso) and replied, "I sense a negative vibe, so I am going to refuse to quote your event." I responded, "Thanks for your call." BUYER BEWARE!!!! Writer's Note: There were plenty of other problems that are not described above. I am extremely disappointed with this business, we had a check in hand for over $3000 upon delivery for a very important event the morning of September 15 - no one showed up - a call was made with a message given that they were on their way - after still no one showed up and multiple attempts to contact them we had to readjust and buy chairs from Lowe's and an AV system from Walmart which was the only place open at that time. We had important dignitaries at this event and over 100 people in attendance - trust me when I say tents and events lack of customer service and total disregard for the business relationship with our clinic did not ever at one point damper our event as this team is able to overcome any obstacle and make it happen - what is most disappointing is to this day all these days after the event we still have not received a phone call from the manager to apologize or explain read more
