Because of the delay, without even asking, I was given a gift card for several free washes as an apology. I decided to take them up on it and I've continued to go back ever since. I spoke with Brandon and he came off as dismissive and insulted me and my family for "not knowing anything about cars or their paint." When I asked to at least to make an incident report for my insurance for the sake of at least having it in writing he then refused to help. Place is a total scam and takes no accountability. Upon further investigation Brandon is one of the owners family members, which about sums it up. The Car was flawless before coming in. They will be hearing from my insurance and lawyer.
