This is a fun visual car wash. A little expensive but they do have a program that would help bring the cost down if you need to clean your car on a super regular basis. I loved this car wash experience ! Went at 6am to be one of the first 100 customers when they opened. This is my first time ever at a Quick Quack and they did not disappoint. The customer service was excellent! Everyone was so happy and cheerful, especially at 7 in the morning !! I love how close it is to me as well, it's very convenient. 10/10 reccomend. An employee signed me up for a subscription without my approval! Came here and purchased the $12.99 wash. Was charged $12.99, and also $24.99 was charged on my card. I have never ever had such an awful customer service experience like I did today at this quick quack location. I was technically bullied to buy the ceramic wash by a young woman who was the cashier. After she told me the promotional deal of the day, I politely said no thank you and I was met with a nasty attitude. I told her that I'm having issues with customer service on another plan I have for a different car and I don't want to commit to a wash plan at the moment. She looks at me and demandingly asks what the problem is. (I previously came to this location to ask for assistance with this issue & I was told I am unable to get a membership issue fixed on site and I need to call customer service) Due to time, I wasn't going to explain. I said "I just want the basic wash" , as in , the $12.99. She looks at me and rudely says , "So you're ok with paying more money??" I said , "Yes , I am." I was so upset and taken aback with her rude attitude. I was met with intimidation, rudeness , and lack of customer service. This is not the way a customer should be met. Regardless what wash you pick, you should always be met with professionalism and kindness. read more

At first I didn't see the hype for quick quack. With so many car wash options in town, I felt it was too expensive. Since it's close to my house I've been giving quick quack quite a bit of my business. That's when I came to the realization that their car wash is in fact superior to the others! My car is ultra clean and the vacuums really have good suction. They are always fully stocked with wipes and functioning tools to get your car clean. I really didn't realize the level of consistency they showed until I tried another car wash in town. Now they have me as a customer for life. I love quick quack! Plus the mascot duck is adorable! read more

Stopped by for the opening on Saturday they have a special for this month 9.99 for this month only then regular price kicks in. I have a membership for another car wash place but have been waiting for this place to open since it's right next to home. I have been to other quick quack's and this one on Atherton drive in Manteca is by far the worst car wash. No dash wipe offered, girl in tunnel was super rude. smallest vacuum area I have ever seen. Will not go back to this location. Wet towels and air blowers do not have enough air to do anything. Most awkward car wash to navigate through as well. (Note: Use to use Brentwood location and that was a 100 times better) Cant wait for the other one in Manteca to open That is 3 times the size read more

Came in for a quick car wash to just wash off the road grime/snow/salt from coming over the Sierra Nevada mountains. The employees were very pushy about signing up for a membership, even after we told them we don't live here and we don't have these brands of car washes near us to where a membership would make sense. They kept pushing over and over for this no matter what. Even after the first person relented up selling another employee chimed in pushing the membership. They also were constantly pushing more expensive service and washes when all I wanted was a quick exterior wash. This should have been a quick stop but it took 5 minutes just to pay. This is not the place for a one off car wash and they seem to make it clear they only want membership customers. read more

I was trying out this car wash for the first time and I was quickly turned down, they said I have to be a member and there were only a couple cars. I asked him if I could be a member now and he said I can't, so that was the end of story. I have never seen such arrogance in a business and I will never come back to this place. So this is the third time I've been to this car wash. The first time the "check in " person spent an exorbitant amount of time explaining the monthly benefit vs a single car wash. I don't need another membership. The second time same story. kinda like why are you so stupid? don't you see the value.3rd time same story . i get to the carwash, the dude doesn't prewash either side of the car. We go to the drying vacuum area. No microfibers at any of the stations and one of the vacuum hoses is missing. The garbage cans were overflowing My wife had to go inside to get a towel. While going through the car was sat 8:39 am on 5-7-25 my vehicle tire slipped out of the railing and I got stuck. At that point one of the employees came to my window and asked me to pull forward at which point I heard a crack as I was running over something. The store leader Elliott Araujo came over to me and asked me to keep pulling forward at which point he pulled my front license plate out from underneath my front drivers side tire. He continued to instruct me to pull forward and told me they were going to "push my vehicle through " at this point the car wash started again and I completed my wash and I pulled into a parking space. After a few minutes and having to go look for someone to get my front license plate back Ellioth A. came over and accused me of putting my vehicle in reverse. At this point he was already being very rude and defensive with me. He showed me a video from his cell phone and said I put my vehicle in reverse and that's why I hit a car behind me. I let him know at no point did I do that and I asked for a copy of the video. The other driver even explained to Ellioth that he never saw my reverse or brake lights come on. Ellioth said that he didn't have to even show me the video and that if I wanted it I would have to file a claim. I asked for more information and he said that he was busy with meetings and if I wanted to wait he would deal with me when he had time. This is not the experience I expect to have as a member here. This is for main corporate Quick Quack Car Wash that would not provide a refund. I called their customer service asking why I was automatically charged for services that I didn't use. They had automatically taken $37.99 on 10/27 and took another $37.99 on 11/9. I stated that I haven't gotten any carwash since it didn't renew on the actual date 10/5. Since it got payment on 10/27 then the services should start from that date, but they said that I was charged $37.99 for the October late fee. WHAT!!! read more

Really bad business model. Employees are extremely pushy with a membership when you just need a quick one off wash. Mister Car Wash also offers monthly memberships but their employees are not pushy about the membership. Therefore I still prefer Mister Car Wash. Get a handle on things guys. No means no and if you keep pushing memberships when people don't want them you are going to develop a bad reputation in the Manteca community. read more

If I could give 10 stars I would. I've been to many different car washes and this one by far is the best. I've had my car washed at this location many times and every time the staff is friendly, courteous and accommodating. There are always plenty of clean towels available if needed (I've always had to pay for towels at other car washes. The vacuums get the job done, unlike others that barely pick up any thing off the mats. I highly recommend this Quick Quack. I read other reviews and I honestly don't understand how they had such a horrible experience. Well I am a happy customer and I highly recommend this place. Please don't miss out on the opportunity to have a nice clean car because of a negative experience someone else had.....see for yourself. read more

Staff was great! But as is almost normal no matter what service I try the front bumper and grill still have bugs and grime and the rear deck lid is still dirty. I wish there was a way to get these hard to clean areas actually clean. read more

I went to Quick Quack and the service was very mediocre. They were very pushy for me to signup for the membership which I did not want. I had to say no about 6 times until they stopped asking me. It was very annoying and I don't plan on going back if they are going to try to push me for a membership which I clearly don't want right now. The wash was also like any other wash there wasn't anything that special about it. read more

I just started the service two weeks ago and switched from Mr. car wash. I like the wash much better but I keep experiencing an issue every single time I go there. I have a Ford raptor with ditch lights on the hood. I was told when I signed up for the service that I had the option of allowing the overhead rollers to come down over my hood and windshield if I wanted to because normally they turn them off if you have ditch lights because they're afraid they may damage them. I told them I very much wanted this because I want my hood and windshield clean and I'm not worried about these lights being broken because they're very strong. Yet every single time I go to the car wash someone goes over and manually turns them off when they see my truck and I have to tell them to turn them back on and since I'm rolling into the car wash and can't stop I practically get wet before I can get my window up every single time I do this. This is not acceptable and I have yet to be able to talk to anybody there in management about it but when I called the contact center, they said they couldn't do anything and that I would have to speak to someone on site. So, so far I'm regretting my decision switching to quick quack and hope that they will find a way to make a better experience for people in my situation. read more
