    I wish I could give zero stars…read more Horrible customer service from day one. On the evening of September 8th, I went to Leons to purchase a washer/dryer set and was "assisted" by Mitch. In addition to buying the new washer/dryer, I requested installation and the option to pick up the old washer/dryer. During the transaction, I was passed off to another salesperson to finish the transaction and he did not include the "free" pillows in any paperwork and other issues that arised later. I didn't receive the washer/dryer until October 19th even though Mitch told me that it would be ready for delivery at the beginnign of October.I kept calling the store, weekly, to find out if the washer/dryer was in stock and to schedule the delivery. There was a delivery attempt on October 18th and they didn't even bother attempting due to fear of scratching up the items because their regular guys were not available, also I was told that the option to pick up the old washer/dryer was not included in the receipts, but at least (the next day) they were nice enough to put the old washer/dryer out in the front lawn. The delivery was completed on October 19th and both washer/dryer ended up getting scratched away, it would have been okay but when the customer service rep laughed it off saying that it happens sometimes and it's a small scratch, it upset us and caused to complain; someone ended up giving us a $200 credit. On October 21st, the third-party installation company came and installed the washer and dryer and supposedly everything was okay. We did a test run with the washer and it was fine. On the evening of October 27th, we tried the dryer for the first time and it is not working... I called the store to find out who to call to get the issue fixed (third party installation, etc) and the customer service rep essentially blew me off and told me to call Samsung for technical support, which angered me to write this review. I called Samsung and told that there is a "special Leons team" that handles technical support that only works Monday to Friday... now I have to wait another three days or more before I can use the "new" dryer... For future customers, Leon's or the installation company should provide information on what needs to be removed or done to install a new purchase. I regret the purchase and shopping at Leon's. Very poor customer experience. If there is a problem with an installation, Leons will not help you. I've been calling back and forth with Transglobal and Quick Contractors and cannot get the technican to correct the installation error. Installation fee is a waste of money.

    Have bought a washer, dryer, fridge & dishwasher, all from CAS, all within the last couple of…read moreyears. I see a lot of negative reviews, and I realize that dissatisfied customers are much more apt to take the time to write one, so I thought I would try to balance things out by relating my experiences with CAS. Bought washer & dryer from Kitchener store. Old dryer was natural gas, but bought an electric one, not knowing I would need 240 V service. When my son informed me of this, and what it would cost to run the upgraded electrical from the panel to the laundry room, I realized I had made a terrible mistake! Thankfully, my sales rep at CAS Kitchener couldn't have been more understanding or helpful. They came back the next week with a natural gas model and switched it out, took the electric one with them, all free of charge. In fact, Farheed worked to get me some discounts to bring the price of the natural gas unit down closer to what I had paid for the electric one. They could have told me "tough titty", but they didn't. A lot of companies these days would. This past Monday the refrigerator at the cottage died, right in the middle of this heatwave. After transferring everything into the still-functioning beer fridge, we quickly started assessing our options. Did a little research on-line, and even spent most of the afternoon driving down to appliance stores in Fenelon Falls and Lindsay......very limited selection, and delivery/removal of old fridge would add around $150 to the price. Plus, they couldn't deliver it for a week, even though they are only a half hour away. Couldn't stay up here that long. So, was resigned to having to order a not-great fridge from Costco, at least it would get here by Friday (hopefully), until my son remembered the salesman at CAS Kitchener mentioning that they could deliver the dishwasher I bought last month up to the cottage (we ended up taking it up north ourselves). Got on the phone with CAS Monday afternoon, got connected with Adam Abuiso, who couldn't have been more patient and helpful. He must have stayed on the line with us over an hour as he presented options which I then had to look up on their website, even talk to my other son on a different cellphone......never rushed me, or told me to phone back once I had made up my mind. The fourth or fifth option he presented fit the space and the look of the cottage, so we had the new one ordered and paid for 8 hours after the "crisis" began. Adam went above & beyond for us that afternoon! The most important thing was that they could deliver it in two days. When the truck got here on Wednesday morning, the driver found that he couldn't make it up our steep, twisty laneway to the cottage. By rights, they could have left the fridge on the truck, or at the bottom of the driveway for us to figure out how to get it to the cottage, I suppose. Luckily, the guys took pity on us and backed the truck up as far as they could, and proceeded to man-bob the new one up to the cottage and the old one out. Pretty tight fit getting it through these oddball cottage doors too. I saw the delivery guys referred to as "savages" in another review......to me, they were hard-working men who keep a very jovial disposition despite a pretty shitty start to their day (couldn't complete their first delivery in Wilberforce because of the same problem with an impassable driveway either). No delivery surcharge or anything, even though it was a total pain-in-the-ass. I enjoyed my time with them. So, had a brand-new beautiful fridge up-and-running barely two days after the old one died, despite being in the middle of nowhere, at a price the local guys couldn't match. My family has had nothing but good luck dealing with CAS, will continue to use them in the future, and can't recommend them highly enough! Marjorie K.

    Absolutely horrible costumer service! Do not give this company your business…read more we put deposit down for all our appliances for our new house back in January, only for them to stop selling our hoodvent and mini fridge with no update or notice. we then got our delivery for our other appliances and washer tower was damaged so we opted to have a new one delivered the next week. they then called us saying it wasn't in stock and had to be pushed back another week. We then didn't get any confirmation and were told it was our fault that we didn't receive an email so now have to wait another week for delivery. 3 fucking weeks for a washer and dryer that they delivered damaged. This pathetic company doesn't care about its costumers or any inconveniences they have caused. we had moved around our schedule to be available for this delivery that never happened. Their "consumer care" insulting offers us a 50 dollar credit. We will never shop with this company again, and would recommend others do the same.

I never got a call from them that the appliances are back ordered (not even at the time of order was I told). I had to make at least 20-30 calls to get my appliances, that too 1 at a time but till date (10 months) we haven't received the remaining 2 appliances. Every time they extended the date of receiving the appliances in there warehouse. It has been really stressful dealing with this store's employees. Last time when I called I spoke to the new operations manager, she was very rude and did not try to help at all. They have the worst service. I never had such bad experience in my life.
