1/23/2022 First to Review…read moreMolly Wheatley failed me as a medical care provider maliciously neglecting and endangering my health . I was in an accident where I broke my ankle in three places and was in two hospitals and a nursing home for surgery and recovery. I still have serious problems with my ankle and nerve damage. For the month I was in the hospital ,neither Legacy Health nor Molly Wheatley contacted me to help me get home or even get a wheelchair. I was sent home with just a walker and no support. The people at Legacy were nasty about the mix-up. It took three days to get the wheelchair. M. Wheatley never contacted me to discuss my situation. If I called, I would get the answering machine of the medical assistants. I had to rely upon my home health nurse to force them to treat me for a UI tract infection I picked up in the nursing home. Every step of the way, Legacy let me know I was not important and Molly Wheatley was only available for a few minutes about medications. The Legacy Manager refused to send a note to the postmaster so my mail could be brought to my door. I was housebound.I had to threaten to report them to the higher-ups to get the note written. I had to call the police to get my rent check mailed. Where was Molly? M. Wheatley never intervened to help or check up on my welfare. in March, when I could drive again, at my appt she was cold and rude . I tried to tell her about the band of pain and numbness in my ankle and she said " I thought you said you were in pain" in a mean accusatory way. She briefly glanced at my foot and ankle, she had no understanding of what was wrong. She just said you might always have nerve damage. She said I will give you some over-the-counter topical pain.killer. Not Helpful at all. She refused to let me see a Neurologist to map the nerve damage. She was angry and rude. She wasnt kind about it, she was harsh :" you aren't going to see a neurologist . . M W prescribed muscle relaxants when I got home from the nursing home in December 2020 for pain. I took them as needed. I had seven major falls after I got home dec 2020 November 2021. MW never asked if I had any falls. I had dizziness which I thought was from the nerve damage. when I went to my last appt with her in the summer of 2021. She also tried to get me on anti-depressants for pain, which I never took. I was seeing double and almost falling over . I thought I had a new illness. I didnt talk to her about it because she was of no help for any problem. I remembered that the label said may cause dizziness. I quit taking them and stopped having those symptoms. Why did she give me those pills when I was in danger of falling down from dizziness . My last visit she didn't even ask about my ankle or about any health problems. She was like a robot. I was supposed to have foot exams every time for pre-diabetic.She is a dietician but never inquired about my eating habits for diabetes. After she quit I found Legacy had a foot and ankle clinic in Portland that I should have been referred to over a year ago. She didn't care. I felt like she hated me. She should not work with patients. If she didnt want me for a patient she should have said so because she worked to harm my health, not heal me M Wheatley does not have the medical knowledge or compassion to work with patients.

I am sitting there right.now…read more I have worked in the medical industry in various capacities from mental health tech social work. Sitting here listening to the front staff I'd send them home on the spot. Why? The wrong temperament for this field. Maybe they've become jaded. Maybe the organization has not done enough to replace staff losses. But these people need to be terminated! There "attituide" that they don't even try to hide with patients well I am noticing abd I am sitting away from the cup her in the corner. O e eve became irritated whe an elderly person had explain ed his spoise had just died. Wow! I seem to recall nurses having to bave compassion ...guess it does not apply to this facility. A gentleman came I stated he can't wear a mask because it causes bleeding of the face. The nurse did not even try to hide her anoyance. Mocking patients they check in or out ans laughing about them. And more so after telephone calls. Abd I am able to hear it all...so much for HIPPA. If you spend an extended time on hold its because they keep the line open after they finish a call to prevent the next call from comming through. The girls were talking about that trick again I'm sitting in the corner of the waiting room hearing this. HIPPA violations. I am in the waiting room hearing all of the above and not even trying. How secure is your medical info against someone actively listening or having a recording device? Counter Staff talking amongat themselves and making catty remarks about patients calling ebtering or exiting. It is I professional unneeded and violates HIPPA let alone your medical providers staff ahow such apathy are you getting quality treatment? Talk about blowing the trust of the team you put so much trust if your health safety well being and .financial information in. They need to retrain and replace much of their front office because it is a matter of when not if, identity theft will happen here.

Id give a zero rating if it was allowed Terrible…read moreclinic,terrible provider attitudes. They won't even prescribe the medications I've been on for years. The providers attitude is everyone is a junkie. Will never go back. This clinic is as bad as Seamar and Rose clinic, absolute waste of my time and taxpayer money especially since they don't bother to tell you they don't and won't prescribe until you have an appointment so they can get paid.

This allows you to adjust medications and discuss your health during your physical, making everything more convenient. My physical was scheduled 2 weeks away. I contacted FHC Woodland with the request that I get my labs done prior to that date. I feel this is an extremely reasonable request. I was told by the office that they absolutely would not schedule my labs without me first seeing a provider. After a lengthy conversation about how unreasonable of a policy that is, I told them that I would find a new provider if they could not schedule my labs ahead of my physical. To my eyes this appears to be what is known as "churn"-- scheduling appointments for no purpose other than generating revenue. There is no medical reason to see a provider to in order to have Labs ordered. Their choice was to lose me as a patient. I won't be going back.

At the end of visit we waited 30 minutes for our "paperwork" to leave, the MA checked on it and the Dr came out pulled us into a room to literally chew us out for rushing her. I have worked with many different Dr's for the last 20 years and I have NEVER been treated this way nor have seen a patient be treated this way. Once I told her she was being unprofessional she told me not to come back. Trust me never would anyways. After posting my horrible experience I found out I am not the only one and several accusation that people think she may be on drugs and the facility is called crack r us. Wow wish I would have known this beforehand. Pretty sure the facility is not up to code or medical standards either.
