Edmonds used a spike type tool to open urethra, extremely painful and not totally successful. I was told that the beauty of the Green light procedure was no bleeding. Not true either Edmonds. 10 years later another Dr preformed the same procedure, he repaired damage from first Green light, went home with a catheter for only 2 days have been great ever since.

I was very densified with the service and communication within the group. The people I had…read moreexperience with either could not answer what I asked or gave ne to someone else. Then things got all screwed up. Charges came up later that I was given a quote for and I tried to pay for at the time of service. Appointments got moved around in my chart and when I called to check on all the information was not recorded correctly. I got very confused and gave up. Now I need a Urologist. It appears that they all work for Lexington. I was very satisfied with my Doctor and the care I received. But the office staff needs to improve in their communication skills.

Very rude, actually walked out of my father's appointment. My father is elderly, and recently…read moresuffered a UTI. Dr. Moran treated my father in the hospital and told him to come to his office later. The day we arrived, we had to wait over an hour, before we were finally seen. The doctor came in and said I'd like to operate, but you'd probably die. My father is in poor health, and actually suffered heart failure while at the hospital. Dr. Moran came across as very insensitive, and kept making jokes that seemed really uncalled for. He then said he'd like to take the catheter out and see what happens. This very much unnerved my father, mother, and myself. Especially because it was late in the day. We asked the nurse if we could do this a different time, especially because of the probability of complications. At first he said we could do it in the morning, but became very irritated because my father's schedule is crowded with multiple doctor appointments. Also he cannot walk on his own, and it takes me at least an hour to carry him out of the house, and put him in a wheelchair. He then threw his hands in the air, and said something about well I can't help you, and he left the room. We got up an left after that.

She was incredibly thorough and discussed all options with me, used a model to show me what I couldn't understand, and made me feel heard, seen, and valued. She answered every question I had and I am finally feeling like I am getting the answers that I need for my health. I am so thankful for her and her office staff! I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and am looking forward to going back for continued care.
