I went to visit the property in 2022 but the property was red tagged because at one point a tree fell on it and there was work done on it without a permit. Sheila was representing the buyer and helped get the building permit through so the house could be sold. It went off the market for a while and when it came back on, I put an offer on it through another realtor. The house was down to the studs and needed power, water, septic as part of the conditions of approval. I worked with a lender who helped me get a 203k loan to rehab and finish the property. I had another agent write the offer to buy the property so Sheila was not even representing me on this deal. She helped by getting plans, getting copies of permits to me, hooking me up with contractors to get bids, she got umteen zillion extensions signed and at the end of the day ( last day for rate lock) she EVEN DROVE AN HOUR AND A HALF TO GET PAPERWORK AND DRIVE IT TO THE TITLE COMPANY TO GET THIS THING CLOSED.
