They almost missed our filling date out of sheer incompetence. Me and my wife did all the firm's ourselves. They charged 2500 just to mail it. After the filing they were mia. We asked for consolation to know what to expect in our immigration interview and they flat out stated "we have no idea what they'll ask" which tells me they've never done this before.
