Between the running on the roof and the chewing on who-knows-what inside and out, it was a mess. Brandyn came out, assessed the situation, secured the house, and even fixed the chimney cover (which I forgot to mention at first -- a few squirrels had fallen down the flue and... well, the smell was something else). From start to finish, the Titan crew was thorough, professional, informative, and persistent in getting rid of the squirrels. Definitely not the kind of infestation anyone wants to experience, but the Titan team made it as painless as possible. At a good value, too. Highly recommended for any pest control needs.

That's when I called Nuisance Wildlife Control! They came out immediately that same day I was very impressed by their customer service I wasn't expecting such prompt service! They are a family-owned business and specialize in removal of raccoons, squirrels, rats, bats, snakes, you name it if you can't get it they can! The staff was absolutely so gracious and kind and explained everything they were doing as they were doing it! I was very impressed with the price they worked with me and I worked with them and we were able to get the raccoon out! And make sure he could never return again! I've been an Orkin customer for several years now. I called and scheduled a treatment for ants…read more They were supposed to arrive between 8-10am. At 10am no one had shown up, so I called them and they informed me they had a schedule change at their morning meeting. No one called me. They assured me that they would be at my house this same day at 3pm. Still, no one showed up and no one called me. About a week and a half later, a sales rep called me wanting to conduct an annual inspection. I informed the sales rep of what had previously transpired and he was not aware of the missed appointment. I requested he have his branch manager contact me, if he wanted to save me as a customer and I have still not received a call back to date. Terrible customer service!!! I do not recommend using this company.
