The last incident with them was really upsetting. I dropped my chainsaw off to them about 2 months ago and after running my chainsaw with the right oil to fuel mixture my pistons seized. They are trying to charge me $700 for the repairs and I literally haven't ran it for a full hour. They do not want to do warranty work, they always have an excuse.
