The issue? There's an insane amount of information and it's hard to determine what works for one curly haired girl to the next. What I did learn though was that there are salons specifically catered to curly clients. I got to googling and found Ellenoire in my area. My first visit was a virgin cut where I learned so much about the dos and don't specifically for my curly hair. I walked away with all new products that I love and have helped my hair drastically and now I know hot to take care of my specific hair. I got a bunch of compliments and was able to share my new knowledge with others. Went home, called four hours after I'd left my car there for an update as I hadn't heard anything. They hadn't looked at it yet and didn't know "where it is in the lineup." ??? Isn't the point of having a 9:30 appointment that it is in the 9:30 slot? Isn't that what anyone would expect for an appointment anywhere? Would anyone who works at Eccles be ok with this themselves -- dinner reservations, dentists, doctors, haircuts, anything? You show up at 9:30, hang around until 1:30, ask them when you'll be seen and they tell you they don't know where you are in the lineup? No. I told them in that case I would come pick up my car and take it to the dealership. Did so. Got there and got my keys and the lady said, "I'm sorry, I was hoping I could get it looked at today, but we only have two a/c techs." WHY ON EARTH ARE YOU OFFERING A SERVICE THAT YOU CAN'T DO? If you can't do it, don't make us go through the effort of time off work to bring it in only for you to hold the car hostage because you aren't actually able to fill the service that day. How long would it have been sitting in that lot, waiting just for someone to look at it and figure out what's wrong? Never again. Never ever ever taking a car of mine to Eccles ever again.
