Yikes! I know. I had a series of unlucky run-ins with printers locally and as far as Burbank and none of them stood up to what I was looking for. Sigh. In comes LA Print and Design. When I met with Christian I made it very clear that I was probably more picky and paid closer attention to detail than most. He didn't even hesitate and was super helpful the entire process through. He made recommendations on more affordable garment companies, design, and was overall helpful through and through. Lets talk about turnaround. Quickest I've experienced with any t-shirt silkscreening company. I've waited as long as two months for orders as small as 50 shirts before -- nightmare. I was relieved they were able to get my order done in weeks vs months. The price, super affordable and happy to be a repeat customer because of the close personal attention to detail and quality service. I wasn't positive on the shade of pink I wanted on a particular girls shirt and Christian kept me updated via text with pictures, about the process, timeline, etc. I definitely appreciated this A LOT. All other printers before LA Print and Design made assumptions about certain things like this then expected me to be happy with the end result. They didn't understand I was super particular because the shirts were a direct reflection of my newly started brand. While it became clear that some of my previous printers were limited on capability, over charging for services and were only used to printing promotional shirts -- these guys were a true relief and handled my order perfectly start to finish. Thanks Christian!

I've used 562 several times to print laptop decals for my computer, and while previous orders were…read morejust cutouts of my logo and were acceptable, this most recent experience was a complete disappointment. I ordered a full laptop decal to cover the front of my laptop, and the quality was subpar. The decal was covered in visible fingerprints, bent easily, and just looked overall poorly made. When I placed my order this past week, I specifically asked if I could pick it up by Saturday, and the person I spoke with confirmed that would be fine. He asked me to send payment via Zelle, which I did. To my surprise, I was able to pick up the order a day early, on Friday, which I appreciated. However, when I arrived, the four decals I paid $45 for were not even protected--he just handed them to me uncovered. The decals already looked of low quality when I received them, but I remained hopeful they might look better on my laptop. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The quality was terrible, so I sent him videos to show the issues and didn't receive a response. After being ignored, I called today to discuss the situation, and when I expressed my dissatisfaction, he dismissed my concerns by blaming the installation. He refused to take any accountability and even mentioned that they use the same material on cars. That's irrelevant--I'm talking about the poor quality of the product you made, not how you use it on other surfaces. I try to be fair, but I don't tolerate businesses failing to take accountability and instead shifting the blame onto the customer. That's simply bad business. I was informed that they don't offer refunds because everything is customized, but if a customer is genuinely dissatisfied, there should be some effort to make it right. That's how I believe good business is done, and I clearly do business differently. So, I won't be returning.

Seriously disappointed. Sorry yelp comrades, I must break with the crowd. No bueno…read more Was in there twice, carried away a bunch of color proofs the second time. At the time, I left a page size file to be printed later (10 on glossy stock). They insisted on giving me a quote. Fine. I had two days to get something printed for a show, and waited that day and half the next for a response. Nada. So I sent an e-mail (I was in yesterday, got this printed, left that file) to inquire about pricing. It was a nice e-mail too, not finger-pointy by any means. Also re-stated the e-mail address and left an additional phone number. Crickets. Nothing. I have a small business and it's critical to me to whom I give work, because I can't afford to make a second or third choice. Plus I want the (vendor, shop, whatever) to actually want the work and/or value the customer. Do I have the wrong haircut? Did i go full-Tourettes and suppress it away afterwards? Not sure why such a simple request couldn't be fielded but I had to scramble for Option B at the last minute, and was unable to do some things I needed for the show. Will not come back here. They were SO very busy that NO ONE in the shop could send an quick e-mail, text or a phone call? (See reply). Sorry, but it sounds like you decided to blow it off instead.
