Just a quick review of this company. I have a business here in Long Beach and one of my signs is channel lettering. Well one of the letters was not lighting up so I took the letter down and believe the led's in the letter was burned out. So I called Machan Sign co. and asked if they have replacement led's. He said yes they did. I took the letter down to their shop and I believe it was the owner who stopped what he was doing at his desk and helped me within seconds. They tested the led's and confirmed they were burned out. He handed me seven new led strips and I asked him for some wire that would help me reconnect everything. He gave me about four feet of wire. I asked how much I owed him, and he said I owed nothing. No charge. Great costumer service, not only didn't he over charge me but didn't charge me anything. Highly recommend read more

We called Machan Sign Company for the first time for a small maintenance issue on a 25' tall shopping center parking lot pole light. This is obviously not their main line of work, but the equipment and expertise is the same. One phone call with Gaby and a a follow-up email with a couple of photos was our only interaction. I have ordered banners, stickers, and even had a couple of cars wrapped with my business name on them. Very professional outfit. WOW!!! I just received a quote of $75.00 for some door lettering. I have been a customer of Jeff at Machan Signs for a while now and I thought he was an honest guy. Well not so... I took the same picture of the lettering to Fast Signs and they gave me a quote of $3.00 to $5.00 for the same exact thing!!! I am so disappointed in business' that take advantage of their customers!
