Outstanding customer service and Michael Webb really makes you feel like your dollar matters. Process: I filled out the form to request cartridges, and received a follow-up email from Michael Webb that my order was received. I made a mistake on my order and via email requested a change, and Mr. Webb got to it right away. I got an invoice emailed to me as well for my own records. Even more impressive -- because of COVID-19, I've had a lot of trouble leaving my house as I'm working for doctors. Michael went above and beyond to make sure I got my cartridges and called me to let me know when it was dropped off. The ink was delivered to me in a nice bag with my name paper clipped to the bag. It may be easy to run to Staples or to Office Max for ink, but not only are you going to be up-charged, the customer service element isn't there. It was perhaps even easier and more direct to order from Cartridge World because I didn't have to drive to a store, sort through ink on a shelf, and question whether or not I remembered the right model to purchase. It feels good to support a small business but more importantly I felt extremely taken care of and it's just printer ink! Not to mention, if I went to Staples, it would have cost me closer to $50 to get one color and one black and white ink cartridges. It cost me $25.00 to get it at cartridge world. Ordered it the same day it was delivered. You can tell Michael wants to be your source for ink and is interested in building a genuine relationship with his customers, where they will continue to reach out to him for business because of the way he took care of a last-minute printer need like this. This is the element of business I miss in this era. Concluding Thoughts: Save your money! Go to Cartridge World and get treated like your dollar matters. I do not regret it, and will be buying from Michael Webb moving forward.
