I had a last minute issue and needed 2 graduation gowns immediately & there was no place in NYC that I could walk into and obtain one due to covid. Everywhere else was doing deliveries only which was inconvenient for me. I called and explained my situation. Traffic was going to put me at the location close to when It closed. The staff stayed as long as they could as they had another obligation but was in communication with me. I was able to make payment over the phone and they placed the item where I would be able to retrieve It although the gates were down and sent a photo to my phone. They even offer later pickup hours if you let them know in advance. I will absolutely be returning for my own white coat embroidery needs, especially given price, turnaround time, and central location.
