I got off the first exit that I was able to, and this was the first service station that I was able to see. I went in, told the my predicament, and they took me right away. I explained that I had my 6 month old kid sleeping in the car and that I needed to get this done as fast as possible. They let me keep my car on so my kid stayed asleep. They took the tire off 1-2-3, and put a patch in it. Took about 25 minutes then I was on my way. They charged me $30 but I gave the guy a $10 tip as a thank you for doing it so fast! Maybe he was just having a bad day, but that doesn't make up for the fact that the "Customer is King" - the "I'm doing you a favor and take my price or leave it attitude" and defensive nature against the pricing discussion is not a good way to run any service business. They also have a convenience store if you want something to drink or eat.
