The one Neuro therapist was impatient and had no empathy. Told him not show up to therapy with no socks on. So, we didn't returned. The PT therapist was very helpful and patient. My husband has Parkinson's and Dementia oh and water in the brain. I call today to reschedule because we missed an appointment and dropped him like a hot potato. I was told he had expired the requested appointments by the doctor. After only 4 appointments. Rude. I would not recommend. read more

They never pick up the phone have tried calling numerous times, left a message with my callback info once and missed their call due to a teledoc appointment. Tried to call back and left my info again and they have not called back since. I do not recommend this PT office. For my first session (following my initial evaluation), I was given a very short explanation of each exercise to complete and then the therapist walked away and chatted with the other therapists with no observation or guidance. I was not provided with any feedback on my form, I was not told what or how the exercise was supposed to help, and the therapist did not check in with my lower back pain (the reason for the PT) one time during the 45 minute block of time. This was a waste of time and money, and I have canceled all future sessions. read more

Intake gave me the wrong time and when I got there I was refused the girl at the desk was rude and didn't believe me and just wrote me off. Never going here again such a shame they lost my business and money because of her attitude! read more

I was misdiagnosed and encouraged to keep doing the therapy even though it would do me no good (by the therapists own admission). I think that would be insurance fraud? I will find out. You call and they do not answer the phone to get a new appointment, they say wait 24 hours to get a call back. I never did and they finally did call back after I called again. This happened twice, the second time I found someone else who got me in right away. I am so very happy my insurance pays at a different place! Do yourself a favor and find someone else. read more

I have to say that I have not been hugely impressed with my PT Experience thus far but today definitely took the cake! Today was a lot of me being handed a piece of equipment and then given very brief directions and the tech walking away to a table to talk to his friends. This happened with each and every exercise!! One of my exercise is picking up marbles with my toes. The tech never set a timer and he let me go 10 minutes! I felt very neglected by both the tech and the Therapist. The therapist never spent 1 minute with me or ask me how I was doing, have questions?, pain?, touch my foot to see how it moves, etc. They did add a new exercise and again NO EXPLANATION!!! So, I'm canceling my next appointment and not making anymore. Hopefully surgery in January will fix the pain I'm having. Right now I need to ice my foot again from todays messed up PT! read more

Some front desk person was extremely rude. We needed referrals for both knees for my husband. Woman said "We're in February now." Referral is too old for her. Not impressed so far. I have not had any physical therapy prior to this so I was excited to have experts give me instruction and work with me to physically recover from shoulder surgery. I have not gotten instruction as I had hoped. They also said the would give me written instruction so I could study what I was supposed to be doing, so I did not have to write it down. They told me at the second visit they would give me written instruction some time in the future. Today, I went in and was told to do the pulley for two minutes. I told him I had done the other stretching exercises first they last time which helped me have the range of motion to work the pulley. I explained that I needed to know if I am suppose to stretch/ice/heat before I come. He told me to do the pulley for two minutes. It was very depressing to not even come close to where I was the prior session and the pain was horrible. The subsequent stretching was not nearly as helpful or productive. I don't know if I was doing any of it correctly as no one watches you as you do it. I called the therapist over on more than one occasion for clarification. I feel like I could just do this at home if I had instruction. I'm driving two hours each way to be with a physical therapist who provides me less direction then a written paper. I still don't have any idea if I should ice/heat/ stretch before arriving or why it was important to do the pulley before the other gradual stretching exercises. I feel like I could probably get better info from YouTube. I have been in severe pain since I left today. My first visit I felt stretched out, had range of motion and good, productive normal pain. My first visit therapist was more helpful when I asked questions. I just had high hopes for professional instruction and instead it kind of feels like a waste of time and the only knowledge I will gain to help my recovery will be what I find on my own. Maybe I have just been unlucky and I will get a therapist that will show me how to stretch, explain how I should prepare for PT, educate me on the purpose of the exercise (positioning, etc.), and give me the info I need to facilitate the most productive recovery. I was recovering from rotator cuff surgery with 1 week left in therapy. I had total movement back with no pain when the young man working with me told me to do 4 new tasks. It hurt when I did it and he had me pull even harder which of course hurt more. With each rep it hurt more and more. By the time I had finished 2 tasks I could barely move but he encouraged me to keep going...I could do it;;;come on. I left in pain and upon seeing my pain management doctor the next morning it was so sore he couldn't touch it. 5 days later my surgeon said to not go back for 2 weeks and let therapy know I had been injured so let the inflammation die down. 2 weeks later I returned but booked my appt. with the main therapist. When I got there he refused to see or talk to me. About a month later an MRI showed a torn bicep and torn tendon and was unable to move my arm. I had to have a new surgery which the surgeon said was totally due to Terrio Therapy on Stockdale not knowing the difference between therapy and sports training they also do. If you go here be VERY CAREFUL to not allow them to force you to do something which hurts! read more
