They are very friendly and accommodating. Checking in is always easy. I had a cold that came up at the last minute and they were able to reschedule very easily. During my treatments they always ask me how I'm feeling, do I need more or less weight, is the number of reps OK for me to do. If you are old enough to remember the old show called "Cheers," then you will recognize the line "where everybody knows your name," that's how everyone in the office makes me feel!!
