I've been doing their peptides and noticed a huge difference in just one month. I noticed all of the reviews were years ago so thought I would write a current response. I love love them. I had the best care and feel so much better. The staff is helpful and friendly. There are some services they offer (I was there for spinal issues) but you do not have to accept all services. For example, there are trigger point injections, well I don't like or want those and they did not have a problem with that. My husband goes and has had 5 back surgeries with a fusion, 3 level neck fusion and Dr Yates has gotten him feeling so much better. It is surprising how much of you body get effecting by your spine. Great office! Everything is very clean and organized, and the whole staff is incredibly kind and friendly. They make you feel comfortable right away and are very professional. I have been a patient here for 2 1/2 years. When I first came here December 2015, I had been at the end of my rope. My torso was crooked, I had extreme pain shooting down my left leg and I was scheduled for back surgery. I have had back problems for over 20 years and was afraid of chiropractic and thought that somehow it did not apply to me. My wife talked me into going. I had my consultation with my mom present. She never had anything positive to say about any chiropractic and that is the reason I never went. After viewing my ex rays and having a thorough consultation my mom and I were both convinced that I had a chance. I was impressed that they intertwine medical, physical therapy and chiropractic together. Most important? They listen to me! Today my spine is straighter and they were able to get my natural curve back in my lower back. I do not have the excruciating pain I had and I feel better than I ever had! I'm still a patient here and I will remain so as i am healing! I find the staff to be genuine, warm, caring and very professional. My life has changed dramatically and I owe it to them! Bad, bad, bad. Advertised weight loss. All they wanted to do was schedule me for back adjustments. They HURT me! Testing my back for flexibility. Nothing to do with weight loss. Wanted $900 worth of xrays for my weight loss? It may look legit, staff may look professional, but this is a dangerous place. Ask them to see proof of professional liability insurance, they don't have it. If you sue them for malpractice you,re. Screwed. read more

I started going to Neck & Back in November of 2018. I had multiple issues with my neck, lower back, shoulder, and hips. After going to the therapy for 2 months, I am 100% better! I was dealing with severe back and sciatica pain and they helped me get better. The staff is very nice and helpful. What I liked was I could get all of the necessary treatments in one place. I made an appointment and by the look of the place and the girls up front I thought it was going to be good. I called my insurance before making the appointment to make sure they were in network and they are. I also asked for a break down of my coverage so I knew what to expect. They charged me $95 for a x-ray but my insurance covers it. I talked to 3 different people with my insurance to make sure I was given the right information on my insurance coverage. I thought OK fine I'm in so much pain that I need the help. When I returned to review my x-rays they then wanted to charge me up front for 3 visits per week for about 3 months. They were more concerned with the money rather than what is wrong with my back. I have never been to a doctor's office where they tell me "well it's best to pay it all today, it's less of a hassle compared to charge you every time you come" I let the doctor know I would have to check with my employer to make sure we had coverage for the 3 days per week. I tried to be nice and just wanted to leave at that point. But on my way out they assumed I wanted to make the appointments and the girls asked so how will you be paying today? Cash check or card! I was extremely disappointed with this place and believe that they are in it for the money and not to help their patients! This place is a scam! read more

What a wonderful place. Envista medical center has changed my whole life. I was in severe pain with both of my knees for several months. I was unable to sleep and had given up doing things I love, like dancing, taking walks. I went for treatment at the center and began Supartz injections, what a difference this has made to my life!! This place really sucks. All they they is get you to come in for a free consultation, but I'm reality all they do is screw you. They have terrible customer service. The manager really sucks along with all the medical specialist they have. I went in for my free consultation they ran x-rays and I got charged 95 dollars for them. I've never had to pay for x-rays in my life. I would of really hoped they would at least ran my insurance before bringing getting me to come in, or taken the x-rays. When I tried having my records given to me they want to change me another 25 dollars. It's all bad. Best advice I can give is do not go. Do your research and find a good chiropractor that really cares for your health and not only the money. read more

If you can you should find another place to do your business. This place is awful. The lack of professionalism and rudeness from the staff is enough to make you run out of there. All they are concerned about is getting paid. They force exams, exercises, and injections. The doctors and staff are very questionable. They once left the door open while waiting for an exam and I heard arguing and a Doctor making some not so friendly comments. Another incident occurred while getting an injection (on glute area so I had no pants on) someone walks in and doesn't even knock on the door while they're doing an injection and as they leave they ask who was on the table. They have such a high turnaround and now only one chiropractor before they had 3. Plus they seem to book alot of ppl at the same time so everyone is there and you have to wait to do some of the exercises read more

I had visited this location when it was a different practice years and years ago. When I found myself in need of assistance again, I called to schedule a chiropractic appointment. I was told it had a new name. I didn't realize it was bought by a different person. What I did not know and was not told until I got there was that they now break it up into multiple appointments, which is not necessary in my opinion. The first appointment was a thorough examination by a medical assistant and ultimately a chiropractor. I attempted to discuss chiropractic adjustment and was told that would be discussed at my next appointment. He ordered x rays and did, at my insistence, allow me to trial their H-wave machine. That and the ice pack were the only thing of value from my perspective. What really sealed it for me was that they had submitted a request for a back brace to my Insurance company without discussing it with me. Either you have a diagnosis and are ready to discuss treatment options or you're not. Don't waste time by making unnecessary appointments. X Rays can be developed and reviewed quickly. I would've gotten faster service at an urgent care. Ultimately, I followed up with our family physician and I am glad I did not pursue further treatment here. read more

It should have been a red flag to me when I requested an appt. and the very same day, I was able to get in at my preferred time. The office looks nice at first glance, but their chairs need some updating as well as their full body tables. During my second appt., I saw about 3 different "doctors". One wore jeans, the other was wearing scrubs with what looked like $5 flip flops and the last one was wearing more "dressed up" attire; however, her stomach was hanging out of her shirt and that was all I could focus on the entire time. The last two "doctors" repeated the exact same thing that the first one said so by the time "doctor" 3 decided to grace me with her presence (I waited about 20 min), I had reached my limit. Their bedside manner wasn't very good and I didn't appreciate the way they each spoke to me like I'm dumb (not sure if they meant to, but that's how I received it). There was just something that made me feel uncomfortable while I was waiting so I decided to read some reviews and after reading, noticed that some practitioners are not even licensed or finished with training. YIKES! I left. I called and requested a CD of the X-rays that were taken and was told it would be a $25 fee (ridiculously high, but I paid it anyways) AND I needed to pay it over the phone or they wouldn't make it for me. Pretty sure that's illegal. When I went in to pick up the CD, the staff were engaged in a conversation regarding a $50 meal replacement shake that you can purchase for much cheaper online. I was offered help by one of the "doctors". I told her what I was there for and then was ignored while I stood at the front desk so they could continue their conversation. I was finally offered help by another woman, told her what I was there for, but the first woman told her, "I got it", then proceeded to continue in conversation with the other staff. I finally sat down and then the woman came up with the CD. She handed it to me very rudely and didn't say a word to me. All in all, I DO NOT recommend this place. I called for a chiropractic new patient appointment as I was in need of an adjustment. After an extensive medical questionnaire i was given an arbitration agreement which I said I was uncomfortable signing. The receptionist said the doctor would discuss it with me. I was taken to a room where I was seen first by an assistant who went over the same things I had just answered on the extensive questionnaire and checked my temp and blood pressure. I was then seen by an NP who also went over the same questions. I explained to her I have been receiving chiropractic adjustments intermittently for about 50 years for various mid back, neck or lower back pain. I explained I just needed an adjustment and I would be fine. She said I would be going for X-rays, then she would give me a lidocaine shot for my SI joint (which I had already told her wasn't bothering me at the time), get me a back brace and see what physical therapy I might need. What??? I declined all that as I realized they were only wanting to bill Medicare for things I didn't need or want. Then a doctor ( not a chiropractor) came in and explained they are an integrated medical, chiropractic and physical therapy facility and they couldn't treat me if I wouldn't sign the arbitration agreement. I was so appalled by the obvious insurance ploys that I still refused to sign and left. read more

This place is a SCAM. Dangerous, dangerous practice to seek treatment if you actually have injuries or chronic pain. These are not trained professionals. Do your research - & go somewhere else!! I deeply regret not reading all of the negative reviews. I received a flyer in the mail with an offer to take part in a "massage therapy study". I was charged for an x-ray & intake assessment during my "free" consult. Then they required advance payment of ALL co-pays ($580) prior to starting treatment. Their sales pitch is aggressive with false "promises", inaccurate claims & poorly trained staff. They promise a three-pronged treatment approach: physical therapy, massage, chiropractic. When I withdrew from treatment, I learned that not ONE person on staff is a trained or certified physical therapist in their "physical therapy program". They are all Medical Assistants (or MAs in training) & dangerously undertrained for the sorts of patients seeking treatment. I was told to find a "trainer" if I wanted to know what home exercises were safe to do (with my injury). The "massage therapy study" is actually a 5-minute handheld vibrating massage roller. It HURTS. It gave me bruises on my shoulders & legs. The chiropractic adjustment is provided by a rotating roster of 3 chiropractors. One of them had not viewed my x-rays, declined to look at my file, & instead asked ME what "needed to be done". I was very uncomfortable & his adjustment hurt my spine. More than once. The worst part is their unethical use of lidocaine injections MULTIPLE TIMES/WEEK to charge more $$$ from insurance. YES, one of the chiropractors admitted that she prescribes the max # of lidocaine injections so she can collect max $$ on for each patient. When I started having reactions & increased pain from the injections, she tried to bully me into getting a random injection in my shoulder (i.e. NOT a place that was injured). After 8 visits, I withdrew from the "treatment program" & demanded a refund on my remaining sessions. The main chiropractor was a rude, aggressive bully. She tried to keep me from withdrawing & when I told her she was making me uncomfortable & that I wanted to leave (post-refund), she tried to delay refunding me. When I was finally refunded, it was not in the full amount. When I went to my regular doctor about increased back pain, she was STUNNED by the experience I described. read more

When I was in the back room,waiting to be seen, the door was left open. ... we heard numerous staff arguing. .... but most shocking, ,,,, two of the chiropractors were arguing with each I other.,,,,one of them the owner. the owner, was rude and chastised me like a child when I was trying to tell her my medical history. Telling me my injury did not happen how I was describing it.really? My family member could not believe i was being treated this way.this owner butt in more times than once ,,,Telling me that if i was nervous about being adjusted, how would i ever get help! well, i came in here because i thought they had more to offer than back cracking techniques! Rude. Run, run, run from this place! Just a huge disappointment, I finally, after all these years got the nerve up to go get a consult and I end up in a place like this.the owner is presumptuous, rude, rough, and defensive. The staff there are very friendly and always polite. You get great service from Vanessa and yeti at the front desk. Dr. Barnes is the best chiropractor and makes you feel comfortable. The injections for weight loss really work and Vanessa is super friendly. Dr. Sweda is also so friendly. Other staff are always friendly and polite also. Great all in one chiropractors office. I enjoy going there. Vanessa and Yeti at the front desk are always smiling and asking how you are doing. Always so polite and kind. Dr. Barnes is a great chiropractor and always listening to what you have to say about pain. Also the medical staff for the weight loss program is great.
