By them being slow and non responsive, they may end up getting you as their client sued. My son was hit by their client on 7/11. I called the next day after speaking to their client. Cynthia at first seemed to want to help. She took all the information and said she had to talk to her client. I called again on 13th because no one had reached out to us. My son's car is not drivable. Cynthia informed me that she submitted the claim that morning and some one should call within the next few days. We waited and nothing. I called her client again this morning July 20th, letting him know we had not heard anything and it is now going on 2 weeks. This should be an straight case. Their client admitted fault to running into the back of my son's car. The traffic officer gave their client the ticket and their client's statement from that date states he was at fault. Still this agency drags their feet. So my review is just a warning to those clients that end up in an accident, they may end up getting you sued because of their failure to act in a timely manner. I talked to Cynthia again today and she had lots of lies, raised her voice and eventually hung up in my face when I called her out on her lies. So Monday I will have no choice but to reach out to our lawyer because this is getting ridiculous. My son's car is still at the impound lot, no rental car, no analysis of his car. And she expects us to be ok with this. I am not. So think about this before you select this agency. In my opinion they may end up getting you sued due to them being slow and unprofessional. At least that is how I feel about Cynthia Rickett.

What a great experience! My previous insurance company was threatening to drop my policy over a…read moresmall decorative tree with overhanging limbs near my front porch. Because the limbs weren't touching the house in any way, and cutting the limbs would destroy the shape of the tree, I decided to "shop around". I was open with Justin Jones about my reason for changing insurance companies and he let me send him pictures of the tree to double-check with his underwriter before writing the policy. All was fine! He was able to give me the same coverage for my home and auto policies at nearly the same rate as the other company, but I got to keep my beautiful tree! My experience was less than desirable as I'm paying $365 a month for insurance with a pretty much clean driving record other than a ticket. They didn't follow through when Chanan left and my insurance was not renewed and after being with State Farm for over 10 years was used to that most continuation rolling over. I was blind sited and thought I had insurance for a month before realizing I didn't have any. VERY unprofessional and still never heard any follow up from them. I feel they should have done more to get State Farm to repeal the loss of insurance.
