You know that ugh feeling you get when you have to make a call on something like this? With this bank, the idea of calling them puts a smile on my face. I joined for the high yield account and live out of state so wasn't caring or expecting much. Yet over several years of use, I've been thrilled. Better than any of the other banks/credit unions I've been using in the last few years. It's free to transfer external funds in. $5 to transfer out (free if you pull the ACH from the other bank.) On smaller banks and credit unions, many don't do ACHs yet, and charge if they do. Online set up has been functional and easy to use.
