Terry helped us purchase our first house back in 2014, so when we decided to upgrade this year (2021), she was the first person we called. Terry is the reason we got our dream home in an extremely competitive market. She managed to sell our existing home for cash literally the evening we accepted the counter offer on our new home. The interest rates were record low and the houses in our hopeful neighborhood were flying off the market within hours of being put up. Selling prices were WAY over listing and we were getting defeated house after house after house. I was ready to quit as it seemed intangible, but a close friend recommended Terry after many failed attempts with another realtor. Our luck changed dramatically with her plans. She knows what to do to sell and buy and acts fast. She came over in minutes, had our home staged, flyers out, sign up, and aggressively scheduled as many potential buyers as fast as possible (COVID times meant no "open houses.") At all times, she had her eyes on the prize, but she treated us like family and ensured we were stress free and well taken care of through this whole process. 5 years ago when I first started looking for a house I thought it would be an easy process. I was wrong to say the least.
