Went in for an annual eye exam, but really because I had some issues. They go through a very in depth exam, and will sit with you and answer any and all questions you have. I had Dr. David Parker. Professional and caring. Expected a lot less, and got a lot more. Amazing assistants. All were VERY nice and smart. It was such a warming place with great people. I have found my eye doctor and won't switch to anyone else. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Did I mention that already? I'm glad my last eye doctor did such a horrible job, or else I wouldn't have been searching for a new one. Good luck! Can't go wrong with any of the doctors here!

Didn't need correction for about 8 foot and further, the IOL's gave me 20/20 eyesight. Only needed cheap readers for computer work etc. I ask Dr. James to put readers in my sunglasses so I could see the instrument cluster in my car. I must say I am very pleased with the results. Instrument cluster clear, and no correction for distance. I opted for the Transition Xtractive lenses, so I can use them at night in the car as well. They tint dark enough to suit me inside the car, and category 3 sunglasses outside. Credit goes to every one at 20/20 who I interacted with. Happy Customer

I spent just over $200 and got new contacts only to realize it's a bad prescription that my eyes…read morewon't adjust to. I was VERY unhappy with my experience here getting a new contact prescription. I WILL NOT be coming back again. If I had an appointment scheduled somewhere else in the future and saw that dr I'd just leave. First off the trial contacts the dr gave me were the wrong prescription... I've attached a picture for reference/proof. Before I even left his office I put in the trial contacts, he looked at them with his machine while they were in my eye and he was like "oh they aren't even in the right place" after I said my left eye wasn't adjusting. He looked at it and didn't realize he'd made a mistake still. He also told me that it was only a very mild adjustment from my old prescription. Left eye went from 1.75 to 2.75 and right went from 1.25 to 2.75. So even though the last dr I saw thought I needed slightly different strengths on each eye, this dr didn't even pay attention to that and wouldn't do two different strengths. When I questioned it his answer was "well everyone has an eye that's a little fuzzy". What?? This is not one eye being "a little fuzzy". He changed the axis of my left eye by 4 which I think is why the new contacts for that eye will not stay in place throughout the day. It's back and forth, back and forth from where it needs to be. I asked for a recheck and when I got there the first thing he said was that I'd only be there for a second because he was sure he'd given me the right prescription. So he spent barely a second on each of the options for the strength of the prescription, I don't know what the machines are called so hopefully this makes sense. Just flipping back and forth after not enough time for my eyes to adjust even, same way he did the first time I was there. I kept asking questions and asking him to go back to this or that slide (again I dont know what it's called but it makes a slide sound when it's switched between options). I realized quickly he did not care and was not going to give me the right prescription. He didn't even change this prescription he just finally got annoyed and gave me a renewed version of my old prescription with the axis of 170 instead of my old 166. He claimed they don't even make contacts with that axis anymore. I bought contacts with that older prescription just last summer and had no issue with them. He claimed my eyes would adjust but it's been 3 months and my eyes haven't adjusted.

Dr Sullins is one of the best eye doctors I have ever visited. He is very caring and personable…read moreduring your appointment and answers any questions or concerns you may have. His staff has always been absolutely amazing, normally on time and it is very fast paced but not rushed. Check in with the front desk and either grab a seat to read a magazine or look around for new glasses. Once they call you, the appointment starts and all the eye test and check ups are done. Dr Sullins comes to discuss what plan of action we should take (I am about as blind as a bat). If I have any questions he explains the answers, and if I am trying a new lenses the explanation of the lenses material and reviews from other customers are given. Once the new prescription is given and contacts I am given the option for glasses or contracts or both, depends on your insurance and your funds. They do take VSP which is phenomenal. The staff also does not rush or pressure you to buy glasses or contacts. They let you look and take your time. I recommend all family and friends to Dr Sullins, our family has started within the past 3 years, and we will continue to be patients!

Prescription seems to change every year and not necessarily due to progressive eye deterioration despite my best efforts to provide her accurate feedback during examination. Also her demeanor is not friendly/helpful. Very obvious she is not interested in taking questions as answers are short and curt. Then off to the next payment, I mean patient, I suppose. I will give anyone a pass for having a bad day but three appointments in three years and the same below average experience each time. I simply do not feel comfortable continuing to see her.

While initially hesitant, my wife mentioned the interaction that she had with Dr. Wright. Well, Dr Wright put me at ease immediately because she listened and didn't doubt what I already knew about my infection. For my follow-up appointment, Huntsville and surrounding area's shut down due to snow and ice. Most of the businesses had closed. However, I received a call from Specs asking how I was doing. I told the individual that I was feeling better and was told that if I needed Dr. Wright to come in, she would. To me this outstanding especially because of the times that we live in today where money outweigh true services. I am forever grateful for Dr. Wright and the level of service that she provides. By the way I've been back in the area and had to go in for service. No changes, still great service from all of the staff that I encounter on my visit.

(great employee puts his heart in his work & really cares for the customers)!!! i highly recomend daltonto all customers!!! they cut my lenses to fit the titanium frams (extremely lightweight feel great !!! and not that expensive , very happy)
