I was very impressed so I made an appointment. When I arrived, I didn't even sit in the waiting room, they took me straight back where the technician did some tests and gathered history. She was very sweet, personable and professional and worth her weight in gold to this practice. The doctor came in and I was immediately at ease. She ran some more tests and went over everything with me. I can easily say that she is one of the best eye doctors you will ever find in your lifetime. I highly, highly recommend this practice. I am so relieved that I've found an eye doctor that I can 100% put my eye issues in her hands and be at ease. Well, idk where the misunderstandings still is but I didn't even have a prescription for driving. I was like well why did I purchase the expensive progressive if I didn't even need glasses all the time, other than for reading. Zero prescription. The lady sold me the glasses was not there, the two times I went back....The other nice lady was like. It was the other lady that sold you the glasses. But to me they should have refunded my money on the special progressive, My intention on going back was to get two glasses one for driving and one for reading. But apparently that wasn't the case. So I got screwed with $800 pair of readers. I Won't trust them again. & to top it off My vision is still blurry. So frustrating!!

While initially hesitant, my wife mentioned the interaction that she had with Dr. Wright. Well, Dr Wright put me at ease immediately because she listened and didn't doubt what I already knew about my infection. For my follow-up appointment, Huntsville and surrounding area's shut down due to snow and ice. Most of the businesses had closed. However, I received a call from Specs asking how I was doing. I told the individual that I was feeling better and was told that if I needed Dr. Wright to come in, she would. To me this outstanding especially because of the times that we live in today where money outweigh true services. I am forever grateful for Dr. Wright and the level of service that she provides. By the way I've been back in the area and had to go in for service. No changes, still great service from all of the staff that I encounter on my visit.

I recently had a…read morevision scare late on Sunday and when I called Monday morning, they got me in within the hour, did a thorough exam, and got me set up quickly with a retina specialist. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. I've never had a problem getting a copy of my prescription here. I'm very grateful that they are being very cautious about COVID. Patients are allowed in just in time for their appointment, you're asked to wash your hands first thing, masks are required for staff and patients, and they take care to keep everyone at a safe distance.

Dr Sullins is one of the best eye doctors I have ever visited. He is very caring and personable…read moreduring your appointment and answers any questions or concerns you may have. His staff has always been absolutely amazing, normally on time and it is very fast paced but not rushed. Check in with the front desk and either grab a seat to read a magazine or look around for new glasses. Once they call you, the appointment starts and all the eye test and check ups are done. Dr Sullins comes to discuss what plan of action we should take (I am about as blind as a bat). If I have any questions he explains the answers, and if I am trying a new lenses the explanation of the lenses material and reviews from other customers are given. Once the new prescription is given and contacts I am given the option for glasses or contracts or both, depends on your insurance and your funds. They do take VSP which is phenomenal. The staff also does not rush or pressure you to buy glasses or contacts. They let you look and take your time. I recommend all family and friends to Dr Sullins, our family has started within the past 3 years, and we will continue to be patients!
