They used a dehumidifier first to see if it would get all the moisture out. It worked. But if it didn't, they would have to of done a more expensive treatment. Happy they didn't just jump to the more expensive and less evasive treatment. Went out of way to let you know when they were coming and if we were concerned about anything.

Then it came time for the rebuild/ flooring part. They came out and took measurements the week after the remediation services were complete. He said the estimate would be turned into insurance by the end of the week. I never saw anything by the next week so I called a few times that week and sent a text. Never received an answer or call back. Insurance had still not received and estimate nor an update from them either. By the second week after calling again with no answer, I texted the first person I dealt with and explained what had been happening. I was then told "you should probably find another company. We are no longer Interested in the job." So they left me for over two weeks with no kitchen with me believing they were working on it. They ripped it all out so they knew I needed rebuilding asap, but they just let me sit. I don't suppose the owner would have ever called me back to let me know they were ghosting me. Horrible customer service and just not the way to treat people in general. Beware.

I had to keep asking and asking until 2 weeks had passed and I told them if I didn't have an estimate that I would not use them. I got an estimate the next day. The estimate they provided quoted for things that were not damaged at all. Mentioned a broken bathroom mirror and to reset it. Never was broken. Also that my hallway closet needed new flooring. Never was damaged. These people just want money from insurance. Had 2 quotes and service restoration's quote was $10,000 more than the other one. Do not trust these people. All they want is your money and to take advantage of your situation.

They were contracted to do hardware floors, repair ceiling, walls kitchen counter (granite), Kitchen cabinet. Today is March 26, 2023 and only half of the job is done. They just told us they can't find anybody to do the kitchen cabinet (this is after I threaten to sue them). I have outlets with no cover, furniture out of place and an unfinished closet with no hanging rods. Their organizing and prioritizing skills are very poor. Do not use them for Restoration!

Without hesitation, he jumped right in--patient, kind, and so willing to help. Those panels would never have gone up without him! He spent hours carefully cutting and fitting each one around outlets, the vanity, and other tricky areas, making sure everything looked perfect. Even when my husband and I were ready to settle for "good enough," he wasn't--he took panels back down and realigned them until they were flawless. He even removed a glued-on mirror and light fixture just to make sure the finish behind them was seamless. His professionalism, attention to detail, and pride in his work truly stand out. He kept his workspace tidy, cleaned up multiple times throughout the project, and left absolutely no mess behind. I'd recommend Mr. Paint a thousand times over!
