I just had my roof replaced again yesterday. Upon replacement the new roofers found several things Garcia covered over. I paid Garcia to remove two vent pipes and fix holes that were not covered with plywood. Someone could have fallen through the roof. Also plywood was loose and twisted on a hip of the roof. Garcia didn't inform me, just covered over it. I would stay away from Garcia Roofing.
