I had a small credit on my account and asked them to refund the credit to me. I was told they would charge me a $1 fee to mail me a refund check. How can you charge someone to refund their money?. They recommended an overly complicated crown to address an old filling. I was able to go to another dentist and get the filling replaced at a fraction of the cost....saving me thousands. That is ridiculous and Vero Dental is part of our crisis around the cost of healthcare and overcharging. I would definitely stear clear of Vero Dental.

The space is very modern & so clean- I love the fresh plants & good music! Oh, and there's a TV on the ceiling above each chair so you can watch Netflix while you're getting cleaned. I love the texting system to remind you of appointments & ease of communicating with the office too! Dr. Greene is so kind, knowledgeable and relatable.. his patient care is focused & he takes time to understand your needs, build a relationship with his patients & he does excellent work - and at a good price. Danielle, his hygienist, is so wonderful at her skill, listens & gets to know you, and is just so down to earth & personable! Leah & Onah at the front desk are excellent, so friendly & responsive. Dr. Braun will always tell you the truth and isn't "selling" anything. I hear good things about the other dentist here too. I don't ever put forth effort to see the same hygienist and as a result have had many of them and they all seem to do a great job. They're booked super far out but if you need to be seen sooner and call and try to fill a cancellation spot that usually works out. I've been going here for 7+ years and family members also go here.

The Dr. was able to get me into a crown appointment in 2 days, which was great. I was told the next day the dentist became ill and I would not be able to get in for a few weeks. They said they can look at the schedule and see if they can get me in... That also did not happen and I had to call to follow up on what they said they were going to do. I dunno for something emergent going on they are treating this absolutely not emergent. I hope I don't end up with endocarditis. I neglected to schedule my "needed filling", as I was turned off by the fact that he had supposedly seen this cavity forming, but never said so. One week later I came here, to Perfect Teeth. I told both the dental hygienist and the dentist my story. They both actively searched for cavities, and they found nothing. My dental hygienist was incredibly helpful--I learned things I've never known in my 28 years of flossing and brushing.
