Shain was courteous, respectful, and hard working. He meticulously removed every leaf from my property. He worked very quickly and carefully. He was respectful of my neighbors and of the property. They left black marks on my walkway from a snow blower which they were not supposed to be using on a walkway and refused to fix it. They were not timely in their snow removal and consistently missed clearing the patio. I had to call after each snowfall to ask them to come back out and clear it. Some dude named Felix actually told me he would think about fixing my walkway and let me know ! They never came out to fix the damage to the walkway.
