Unfortunately, the staff who helped her had no patience or empathy. He suggested her car had been in the Milwaukee flood, was junk, and gave her info to have it towed for scrap. The car has a clean title and no signs of water damage. After the weekend, a mechanic found the issue promptly: a critter had chewed a wire. I know O'Reilly staff are not mechanics. As such, they should not tell people their cars are junk and should be scrap. Very disappointed to have sent her to this location.

I dropped off 2 heads to have looked at and see if either was repairable and what a cost to repair…read morewould be.  I told them I could buy a new head for $2200 so i wanted to be no where near that for the repairs.  A week went by, I never heard anything.  I called and asked if they had a quote together, I was told parts were being washed and they would get right back to me.  Another week went by, I called and asked if they had a quote yet, they told me they were working on it and would get right back to me.  Another week goes by and i get a call that my head is repaired and my total bill is 2224.42 I do not feel this is right I was never given the quote I asked for and per chapter atcp132 Wis. admin. code administered by the bureau of consumer Protection they cannot make repairs with out giving the estimate I asked for 3 times.  Their only solution to the problem is to pay the amount due in full or pay him 295.05 and he will remove all parts and damage the head.  I feel neither is a suitable resolution.  If the head was repairable, him damaging it could make it not repairable and it will not be the complete head i took in also charging me anything is not right because i didn't authorize any repairs or costs to be incurred i have offered to pay 1300 for repairs that i did not authorize in a attempt to resolve this and get this truck on the road but he has refused. i would not recommend anyone take anything to this shop they are crooks

A couple hours later I received a phone call and was told that the price is now almost $1400.00!!!!!!! Are you kidding me? I was told that the cost was more than what they thought by their chrome place that they contract to. The worst part is they won't even honor their quote or even make an offer to rectify the situation! They then told me they could bring the bumpers back to Milwaukee for me along with a check for they deposit 3 days later. If I could leave a review for 0 stars I would. For the price they quoted me I could but 2 new bumpers and then some. Do yourself a favor and take you're business somewhere else.
