For less money from my dealer the diamond coating will last much longer. I was quoted one price but when I picked my car up the price was 300.00 higher. My car was not sheeting off the water like it was demonstrated to me when I agreed to this OPTI COAT product he pushes. It did before when I purchased it from my dealer. I requested it be on my windshield and he said it was included. the water droplets are supposed to just roll off. It was raining the day after and they did not nor have they since. I wonder if he did the windshield at all. This fast talk hard sell for the OPTI COAT product is also very sketchy because when the hard sell is being pushed, I am told about the great PROTECTION from bird dropping and pollution YET when I pick up my car I am told that I must get any bird droppings removed as soon as they land or it could etch right into the paint. ISNT THAT WHY I PURCHASED A CERMIC COAT IN THE FIRST PLACE? I regret spending the money. As I said the price went up over 300.00 from the quote I was given AND what was listed in the pamphlet he handed me. I was not aware of it until he handed my bill to me.
