I have bought parts from these folks a few times, for a BMW 525i. The woman who works in the front office is in charge, while some other dudes work pulling parts. If you have doubts about what parts to order, this front office woman knows her stuff. Do not try to pull one over on her; you will regret it... that's another story. :D The prices are reasonable and, overall, this is an A-OK place to get used auto parts. If you are afraid of dogs, be aware that there is a huge dog that hangs out in the office. read more

Bought a battery from these dumbasses. I asked if they could test it for me to make sure it was good and holding a charge...they looked at me like I was a moron. The lady at the front finally called a guy from the back to test the battery after multiple requests. Guy shows up with a wire and touches it from the positive to the negative. After seeing the spark he tells me its "good". Annoyed but looking to save money I took the battery home and installed it. Battery dead. Took it to have it tested at autozone and couldn't even pull a reading on it and wouldn't charge. These people are very unprofessional. Never again. read more

I bought a engine from them when looking it online said it had 120k when I picked it up I noticed the van it came from said 149k when talking to the lady up front she said she told me what the mileage was over the phone witch was 143k still you are off 6k miles that place is a joke and full of lies stay away.I just hope this engine runs like they said it does read more

I've been in the business 33 years.Worst Rudest service ever! I called and asked if the part had any damage she said no. I had to pay for the part with a cc over the phone when i got there the part had a lot of deep scratches through the paint. I was told i owned the part. read more
