Even though it was about twenty minutes before their closing time, they diagnosed the problem with my vehicle and worked late to fix it. I only knew better because my father was a mechanic and I'd learned what to look for along the way. For its age, my car has been well taken care of and did not need those additional repairs. I've been treated with respect, listened to while I explained whatever issue is happening. They've treated my car with respect as well even though there's nothing special about it other than I want to keep it and drive it as long as I can. I had a check engine light that was a bit of a mystery, misled by a couple of places for $$$ and it would have been the wrong repair. Jerry's got to the bottom of it. Turned out to be a fuel tank pressure sensor issue and a couple other things like lose belts, etc. I did call around to check prices with other shops that were recommended. Jerry's has been in line of average. I'm coming up on 100k miles and due for a big maintenance service then. Jerry's will do the work and I know they'll do a great job. I also know that they stand by their work. I've not had any issues with anything they've done but I know they would make it right if ever.
