No mention of checking any electrical functions, just that my compressor is shot. I believe a better job of electrical testing and diagnosis could have been done. Also what a steep price to get absolutely nothing in return except another $1000 in costs if I chose. I will not ever go to here again and will spread the word that this place is just not where you want to take your car to be repaired. Very very steep prices that are more than a dealer.

I guess she didn't know I've had that happen enough to know a lie when I hear one. if they didn't want my business, I'd have appreciated it if they simply said so. I've been treated with respect, listened to while I explained whatever issue is happening. They've treated my car with respect as well even though there's nothing special about it other than I want to keep it and drive it as long as I can. I had a check engine light that was a bit of a mystery, misled by a couple of places for $$$ and it would have been the wrong repair. Jerry's got to the bottom of it. Turned out to be a fuel tank pressure sensor issue and a couple other things like lose belts, etc. I did call around to check prices with other shops that were recommended. Jerry's has been in line of average. I'm coming up on 100k miles and due for a big maintenance service then. Jerry's will do the work and I know they'll do a great job. I also know that they stand by their work. I've not had any issues with anything they've done but I know they would make it right if ever.
