He is an excellent doctor and we feel so fortunate to have him . We admire his professionalism, thoroughness and medical expertise. I don't understand the comments calling him rude. He is anything but. He is excellent at what he does and takes his job of being the best healthcare provider he can be very seriously. For those who didn't click with him and call his "bedside manner" poor, that's your individual experience. In fact, I personally don't understand why someone would want a doctor who is better at holding your hand than a doctor who is the best at what he does. After all, we're talking about your HEALTH. My husband was fortunate to be able to start with Dr. Jackson about 5-6 months ago. Our introductory appointment was very impressive. My husband has very serious medical concerns and we felt great when we left the clinic. Dr. Jackson was very thorough and used great eye contact, including with myself the entire appointment. He listened to all our concerns and areas where we felt close monitoring was important. He made a point of asking us our opinion in different areas. He included us in the plan of care for my husband and emphasized that we are important in all part of his care and any treatment is decided by us and what we feel we need is important to him as a provider .
