Tip: If you're a tea drinker, the clear mug with the handle is great. I saw this listing for Tervis. Hey, I have a couple of Tervis items! Mall of America in Bloomington, MN used to have a Tervis store. I wanted to visit it, but couldn't because there was a travel ban during the pandemic. Sadly, this store shuttered for good. I own a couple of Tervis items. The first one is a double-walled clear cup. It has a handle and a green lid. I love it. I got this cup at Cafe du Monde in New Orleans back in September 2014. I wanted a souvenir and this mug was perfect. What's cool about Tervis and its double-walled line of mugs is that it keeps your beverage warm or cold longer than a regular mug. I drank a lot of hot tea from 2014 till before the pandemic started at work. This mug was perfect to steep tea and drink from it. During the pandemic, something switched and I ended up liking tea in iced form. I still have hot tea now and again, but it's mostly iced these days. I use this mug at home instead of at the office. My other Tervis item is a tumbler. I got a Grogu (baby Yoda) tumbler back in August 2022 from Kohl's. There was a sale going on, so I got it for 25% off the regular price. I also use this mug at home. I have a feeling that if I bring it into the office, it'll be gone because Grogu is so cute on it. It's stainless steel on the inside. It's copper-lined and vacuum-insulated. What all that means is that hot drinks stay hot for eight hours. I can keep my cold drinks cold for up to 24 hours. It doesn't have a handle, which can be a drawback. It fits in my car cup holder nicely. I have seen Minnesota Wild-branded Tervis tumblers at The Hockey Lodge and at various sporting goods stores in the Twin Cities. They look nice, but I'm not dying to own one. Now, if someone were to get me one, I wouldn't refuse receiving it... haha! I like Tervis. Their products last a long time and are great. One of these days, I'll visit a Tervis store. Tervis tumblers come in all sizes and I have one of each. This brand has been around for years now. You can find your favorite teams and characters plus lots of other designs. You may want to personalize your own tumbler. I've had excellent customer service when I called the Customer Service toll free number in the past. They haven't hesitated to replace my defective lids. I recommend you activate your product warranty when you buy a tumbler. Unfortunately I found out recently that you can't contact Tervis by phoning. I followed the instructions and they answered timely but I wasn't satisfied. I ended up purchasing a replacement lid for one tumbler. I'm obsessed with making tea and keeping a week supply of tumblers in my refrigerator during warm weather. I just bought two more tumblers. I found one of the traditional tumblers online at NHL Shop. While I was at it I bought one of the new versions. Thank goodness they provide a video on the Tervis website because the new tumblers have a lot of features. I don't use a straw so I was glad I could convert it to a chugging bottle! I'm recommending Tervis for cold drinks. I know they can be used for hot drinks but I prefer stainless steel for those. I definitely recommend you visit the nearest store when you are in Florida. Living and visiting Florida like I do I never miss an opportunity to check out Tervis. I agree that Tervis are pricey but if you go to other websites you can catch a deal. I got free shipping and 40% off a Carolina (see photo) Tervis during a Memorial Day sale. I hate to leave a negative review because I love my collection of Tervis---but..... I have two that are cracked and, since i had plans to travel to Sarasota, I decided to bring them and take them to the Osprey location to have them replaced. I checked the website to be sure this service was still offered--it says it is. After driving through busy Sarasota traffic, I was told that my tumblers could be replaced only with clear ones, not with what we originally put in them. If this is a new policy it should be mentioned throughout the website because the old policy has been around (and appreciated) for decades! If I could give the Tervis store in Sarasota a zero I would. The personnel were extremely rude and completely unwilling to stand behind their product. We have been coming here for 20 + years and have been able to exchange damaged products. Not only will they not replace them now but they require a person to pay for shipping both ways and you probably cannot get the product you want. Might as well buy something else that is not so pricey. Also, if you want to be spoken to and treated rudely, be sure to stop here. read more

I always go here when I am visiting. Staff is friendly, store is clean and there is a great selection of merchandise. Some prices are a bit high but worth it if you find something you like. There is always a nice clearance section too. Definitely stop in if you are in the area. read more

Small shop but many tumbler options in here. Local team cups, animal cups, Star Wars and even Harry Potter. Store is very organized and clean. Very welcoming. The clerk was helpful and friendly when we walked in. She greeted us and when we had questions about inventory she offered ordering the product and having it shipped to home. read more

They offer a warranty that has become a joke. 90 days to turn around warranty items is unacceptable

They cant have everything, but they did have Happr Potter and Baby Yoda!!!! I get on my family's case about all the trevis tumblers and mugs they have, but it's like crack. See a new one and you just have to buy it...lol. we ended up getting two with the aforementioned themes and walked out happy. The store is laid out well and easy to browse. The shopkeeper was very nice and helped answer any questions we had. I docked a star because these things are so expensive and they didn't have any Stranger Things in stock.So if you're in the area and your local Tervis dealer doesnt have what you're looking for, this is a great little shop to check out. read more

After calling Tervis customer service I was told I can go to any non 3rd party store to warranty a cup. Or do the mail in. My son's cup broke, causing a chemical taste every time he used it and he was eager to have his cup that he uses daily, so we went to the store to exchange it. Melissa was rude from the beginning of our interaction and condescending. She told me I could only choose a clear cup or send it in to be repaired. When I explained that wasn't what I was told by customer service she cut me off and told me I was wrong. She was dismissive and not at all friendly or willing to help as I tried to to show her the email directly from Tervis customer service. She angrily stamped paperwork which she couldn't even be bothered to hand to me. We had the intention of purchasing a few more cups but after interacting with Melissa we decided not to. After receiving an email stating that the return policy is changing I attempted to return several cups that were collecting condensation. The Osprey store was closing and they directed me to the St. Armands store in Sarasota. There, the girls behind the counter condescendingly looked over my returns and said there was no way my cups were holding condensation and that they could not do anything with them. They also stated that I could not return so many cups at one time. I told them that they were not all mine. Some were my mother's that I carried for her into the store. They said only 1 return of 6 cups per household. We told them we do not live in the same house and that we drove 65 miles to bring our returns. They didn't care and continued to argue with us about our household instead of handling the returns. I took the items back, shoved them in my bag and vowed to never purchase another Tervis product. This rude and condescending attitude is not something I am used to at a Tervis store and I can honestly say I will not be back to purchase again. I told the girls that of course the condensation wasn't visible, the cups had been in my car for days before I had the opportunity to get to the store. They said they just couldn't have 11 cups leave the store at once. I want a voucher to cover the returns. Those employees need some serious customer service training. read more

You might think they are pricey, but the fact that they have a lifetime guarantee is awesome. And not to mention they are made in the USA and in Florida! Ain't this some crap. Tervis' lifetime warranty is no longer a lifetime warranty. This happened to a new cup and they told us at the outlet they wouldn't cover it. Not only is it no longer a lifetime warranty but they won't cover crappy defective workmanship! read more
