The absolute cheapest drawer rails were used. I have 4 drawers all completely broken within a week of owning. This furniture is just pressed cardboard painted put together with drawer slides that must have cost them at least a nickel. Maybe 2 for a nickel. Even worse is when you call they don't care at all and give you a number that just automatically goes to voicemail. Not a call back ever and you can try to call until the end of days, you will only get voicemail. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money for quality furniture or buy some quality furniture used, you will thank me later. Service is non existent, Value is 0

We purchased a sofa that is 2 separate pieces. It took 7 weeks to be delivered. It arrived…read moredefective. The pieces are different shades of color, the left arm and back trim are crooked, there are 2 white spots on the right back cushion, the pieces don't line up, so there is a V shape in the back, it is missing the filling in the arm rest and back of the left side and on that side the reclining mechanism clunks. I requested someone come look at the defects. The manager, Tom McKenna, did not believe my assessment of the issues and sent me photos of furniture they have in the store. He tried to say this was normal. When I insisted someone come sooner than the 3 weeks they wanted to wait, Tom called me a bitch before hanging up the phone. An authorized repair person came after eleven days, took photos and agreed it is defective. I am still waiting on the report I requested from the service department. Today I was told that they will only replace it and I cannot return it. I don't want to wait for another and have it also be defective and I most certainly do not want to do business with a store where the manager uses profanity when talking to his customers. I just want to return the sofa and never do business with this company again.

We had been traveling for 13 years so had no furniture, to speak of. We special ordered a bedroom set with a California King bed, two night stands, a dresser and a chest of drawers plus 2 sets of lamps, and an outdoor wicker table with glass top and 4 chairs. We had to special order the California King sized bed because no one carried the one we wanted in that size. Florida Home and Patio were the only ones I called willing to do a special order. Their prices and quality are excellent plus they have really unique items with a Florida vibe. Service is excellent and with a smile! Even the delivery people were excellent and would do anything to make sure the furniture was set up how we liked. The owner even called to see to see if our special order was correct and the delivery was what we expected. Who does that anymore? I highly recommend Florida Home and Patio and I'm sure these will not be the last items we get there. We can't thank Laurie and Joe enough for the excellent job they did!!

First, it is a store that is totally accessible for wheelchairs, which is a huge deal for me. Second, the minute we got in the store we were overwhelmed by the number of amazing options we saw in the various rooms. The quality is high and the prices are reasonable for what you are getting. So, I tried the chair, the "Stressless" chair and boy is it! it removes all the pressure points where I have pain and it is adjustable when and where I need it to be. The arms of the chair are completely perfect in height and width. For anyone, of course, but with severe joint issues, this is sooo helpful for my whole upper body. The lower part is so adjustable that I am able to be in comfort head to toe and can adjust it all as needed, easily! The chair has a perfect remote that magnets onto the side. Easy install. I highly recommend. I worked with Tom, who was such a perfect sales associate. More associate than sales. I feel like he really listened to my needs and provided several options in different price ranges and then helped us as needed. I felt totally in charge with no pressure, it was really like having someone who knew me and was just there to ensure I got just the right thing. He was so helpful and so encouraging and just great to help us find what would be best for me and not just an agenda for what to sell. I never felt like I was hoping to shop alone. He was practically psychic as to when to pop over and when to let us chat about things. That is what comes with empathy and experience. The perfect combination. On to delivery. Ok, if you want something dropped off, that is not what you get with Gabe and Kyle. They not only delivered the furniture, but they ensured it was placed perfectly, adjusted the rug when it was not centered and Gabe has a real eye for placement and for making an OCD person like me feel like we were on the same team and he was placing things like he would want them, also OCD, lol. Kyle was right there with the heavy lifting and support in making sure things were just right. It felt like designers delivering my furniture. Stayed until I was sure it was perfect because it will stay there forever because I cant moe it. lol Overall, the store, service, delivery, quality and prices get ALLLLL the stars. If I need anything for my home, I will be back and I hope I need more soon. I love everything we got and the whole experience was above and beyond from everyone with whom I dealt. As someone with some disabilities, I never felt for a second like I was different or being talked down to, which can sometimes lessen the experience. My mom/roommate is normal and she agrees with every word of what I said. She was thrilled with this store, the furniture and every person we met from the beginning to the end. In 2019, I furnished my entire house at Furniture Warehouse. At that time, we ordered and paid for…read moretwo power recliners as part of the furnishing of the entire house. We received one power and one manual recliner. The manager and I played phone tag, and he ultimately never got back to me, so I paid for something I never received. I was not happy to pay for something I did not get the benefit of, but the one power recliner worked well and those chairs served us well until recently when they were just too old and needed replacing. When we were in the market for new recliners in October of 2024, the chairs we purchased in 2019 were no longer available. So, I purchased two identical power recliners (one of which is pictured (the store model, not our chair)) outright for $2,182,96 including tax and delivery charges. The chairs were delivered on October 19, 2024. One was used by my mother who had been in and out of the hospital three times since August. The other was used by my uncle who is in congestive heart failure and likes to sleep in a recliner to breathe easier. Neither chair's power feature felt right since they arrived; they always felt wobbly, if that makes sense. The power feature never felt sturdy like our 2019 power recliner from Furniture Warehouse. By November 2024 (a month after we purchased it), my mom's recliner broke. Last week, four months after we purchased it, my uncle's recliner broke. Neither one of them is strong enough to make the chair recline manually. I asked Furniture Warehouse to pick up both chairs and refund the full total I paid for them so I can start over and get my recovering mother and sick uncle reclining power chairs that will actually work. I see the negative reviews Furniture Warehouse has online, but I thought it more fair to reach out to them directly to see if they would help me rather than take to the internet. However, Maggie was zero help. I asked her to escalate. She escalated to Carol in Furniture Repair. Carol never told me what she does for Furniture Warehouse; I had to ask. She then proceeded to tell me the recliners would be repaired and she could do nothing else for me. In my opinion, Carol conveyed zero empathy and zero customer-service savvy. Before I became an attorney, I did customer service jobs and I always listened with compassion and tried to solve for customers' concerns. As an attorney, I do the same now with my clients. There was none of that with Carol. I, likely, would have been better off with GenAI helping me as it could have given me the same pat, gate-keeping responses Carol did. I explained to Carol that since both chairs were made poorly and both broke, common sense tells us that they'll break again after repair, and I need working recliners for recovering/sick relatives. I asked Carol to either pick them up and refund my money -OR- replace them with something that will work. She would do neither, so I asked to speak to a General Manager, but she would not allow me to talk to anyone other than those in the Furniture Repair department. Carol ended up hanging up on me. In 2019, I paid for a power recliner I never received and I never made a fuss with Furniture Warehouse after furnishing my entire house with them. Now, I ask them to help me after they sold me horrific quality products and they won't?! I see my business truly does not matter to them one bit, so I will no longer use Furniture Warehouse when I furnish my properties. I had to call on certain days of the week before he left for deliveries. Then he didn't show up on the day scheduled. No call either. This has been going on for almost a year. When he did come (twice) he sprayed the undercarriage which helped for a short while. Then back to the begging and groveling just to get to talk to him again.
