We were able to limp to Black River Falls on battery power, and lo-and-behold right at the exit I found Gross Chevy, et. al. Less than 2 hours before closing, they squeezed me in to verify the problem and got the part on order for delivery first thing the following morning. It was 90 degrees out, and they allowed us to bring our 5 dogs...yes, 5...into the Service Department office to take advantage of the A/C during the diagnosis. And on top of that, they allowed us to plug in on their lot so we could run the our A/C and "camp" overnight. They even offered a courtesy car so we could go out for dinner! All repaired and we were back on the road before noon the next morning. Five stars for their service, hospitality, and accommodations. If I could, I'd give them an extra star because they had Green Bay Packer items scattered around the office!

After Chris discussed the work he would be doing on my car and gave us our estimate, I decided to have him repaint the entire car. Chris kept me updated on the progress of my car and sent me updated pics as he went along. Words can't possibly describe both the service and the end results. I would give 10 stars if I could. It was way more than worth the drive, to have my Mustang look better than a showroom floor model.

It's an underused space and this is a growing need, so it's a positive thing as more and more EVs are out there. This station has eight chargers. Six are the CCS 150 kW connections, one CCS at 150 kW and one CHAdeMO at 50 kW. Charging costs are posted on the screen and you will get a discount if you are an Electrify America member.
