The company has been out three separate times to fix the leak, and it still leaks. Water continues to come in, especially around the door area. I currently have to keep a towel placed under the door just to stop the water from running across the floor and ruining the inside of the building. This is unacceptable for a storage building that is supposed to protect what's stored inside. After multiple service visits with no permanent solution, it's clear the issue is either poor construction or improper installation. I should not have to rely on towels to manage water intrusion in a building that was purchased new. I am very disappointed with the quality and the lack of a real fix. Based on my experience, I would not recommend H&H to anyone looking for a reliable, weather‑tight storage building.

Now, 5,000 miles later, I've come to find out that they only halfway fixed the problem. They replaced the front left tire but failed to recalibrate the rest, which means the root issue wasn't addressed properly. The faulty weight placement on the inside of the tire was hitting the brake caliper on every rotation--a serious oversight. Do things right the first time. Owning up to a mistake is one thing, but following through and fixing it completely is what really matters.

Found myself in the position of needing a windshield repair on a specific day--a Saturday. (Even with AAA, a repair would have been $45, and my insurance no longer guarantees a windshield claim won't raise premiums.) With a cash discount, Atlantic was $60. No appointment needed, and I was lucky there was only one other car there when I arrived, so he was able to start work on mine almost immediately. Two cars arrived after me, but they didn't have to wait more than 5-10 minutes since we were rotating out quickly. Repair was as expected. These repairs are never completely invisible from any company. This repair was on par with the ones I've gotten over the years from the large companies with the annoying commercials.

When arrived to pick it up my running lights were not working. They tried to convince me it was my taillights and charged me $2300.00 and refused to release my RV until I paid. To be totally fair, we had been to several lots this day and were probably ready to be done. We arrived to find the car we were looking for, and let's just say it photographed exceptionally well. We glanced around the lot to see what else they had and inquired about a couple other cars they had. Surprised to find that one was actually $15k (all under $10k?). Anyway, they also had some cars out on the other side of the building, discovered quickly most of those had been in some form of accident from minor to extreme. Staff was friendly and looked to see if they had anything else that would interest us and encouraged us to check back, as they update their website regularly. I'd consider checking them out if they had something specific we wanted, but probably wouldn't make a special trip here to shop.

At the end of the day we didn't make a purchase, but they were correct and had us look at a car that was what we wanted (not sure why we didn't go for the one they had - may have been miles) and we ultimately ended up purchasing (unfortunately not from them - really, but that's another story). Staff was friendly and didn't mind working with the team from Pelham to show us what they had. Again, same no pressure ... no haggle establishment. Same as Pelham, I wouldn't hesitate to check these guys out if we were shopping for a new vehicle.
