I made an appointment with the Cherry Hill facility in order to avoid driving the PA Turnpike (tolls and tie ups). The first phase was to obtain a preliminary estimate for the front end bumper damage. I met with Jaqueline, a service writer, who was prompt, friendly and informative. We went out to my 2025 Model 3 where she looked at the visible damage and explained there would likely be additional problems discovered when the dented part was removed in doing repairs. Tesla bodies are not sheet metal, but more a resin plastic that are more easily replaced than repaired. Too, the composite headlight was also scratched and disfigured and would need a new part at a cost of $1,600. Total preliminary cost estimate - $4,500 +/-. I passed this information along to the liable party for use with her insurance company to commence their investigation. It will likely want to get their own estimate, which is their right. I will insist on authentic Tesla parts and not aftermarket inferior materials. It appears at this point that Tesla is going to stand behind their work and effectively advocate for meeting the highest standards. On January 25, 2024, the earliest appointment at Tesla Collision in Owings Mills, MD, the only one in Maryland, was April 9, 2024. Tesla Collision Cherry Hill, however, had an appointment for January 31. They completed the work (front bumper replacement) within a week. Considering the last time I used Tesla Owings Mills for a different repair that took them 4 months, I'm singing, shouting, and serenading praises for Tesla Collision Cherry Hill. The staff were friendly and professional and organized and disciplined. The process for drop-off and pickup were both seamless and clear. Communication was consistent, accurate, and well appreciated! They charged my vehicle to the recommended 80% as well as agreed to charge my rental vehicle. They also complimentary washed the car and cleaned the interior cabin. Overall and above all: excellent!

They were all over the map, but I looked up all the companies, had zoom calls with three of them, and then narrowed it down to Public Service Solar and Infinity Energy. I went with Public Service because they were able to get the job done quickly, and because they had a roofing team as part of their business. They also had the best warranties on everything (roof, work, solar gear). I was also impressed that many of my calls had me talking to the owner/founder of the company, not a lower-level desk jockey. In the end Public Service outperformed all their promises. They got the permits lightning fast, did my roof in a day, and solar install in a 2nd day. The were super professional throughout the process, including placing 2 or 3 follow up calls to make sure everything was satisfactory. They managed the mess of paperwork with the state of NJ to get enrolled in all incentive programs, and one year on, we're saving a ton of money and selling excess production back to the grid. It's proven to be a great financial decision already. Truly I have not had many experiences with major contractors that have been as painless, and I have recommended them personally to several friends and colleagues when they ask me about or solar install.
