I wanted to leave but my daughter loved the car so I stayed and negotiated back and forth until we agreed on the trade in value. They had us waiting hours to complete the paperwork even though I was paying cash. We finally were able to leave by 830pm. They sold the car in less than a month. I would never buy another car from Faulkner Mazda in Traverse again. They are your typical dealer who has no problem insulting the customer with lowball trade in values.
