When I finally was able to talk to someone (4:35 PM) the person was not very apologetic.. just excuses as to his workers etc.. the one star is for their business professionalism (none) and their customer relations (None). I can't speak on the work cause I obviously never got work done with this establishment. If they didn't have the sense to call their customer due to business issue and non apologetic, I didn't want them working on my motorcycle.. good luck

Every time I brought it there there was atleast an 8-9 week wait. They do not take appointments for boats. I picked up my "fully repaired" boat and brought it to the boat ramp for it not to run then brought it back to Pontarellis 4 different times. You can only speak to Becky and Becky doesn't care about you as a customer and doesn't have any information to provide. I paid them $5,898 for my boat to never run again. I had to take my boat to a real marine mechanic and paid them $2,900 to redo everything Pontarellis said that they had repaired. Do not take your boat to Pontarellis. Thank you.
