As superchargers go, this one is pretty boring. All stalls work, bathrooms at convenience store are clean.

Incredible, incredible!…read more Thank you, justin! Great from start to finish. He helped us install a transfer switch and exterior inlet plug for our generator so we can safely power our home during outages, and also rewired several breakers to create a dedicated group of emergency-use circuits that the generator would run. The level of knowledge and care he brought to this project was exceptional. Justin was very generous with his vast knowledge in the area. He took the time to thoroughly explain not just what he was installing, but why, and went above and beyond by educating us on generator best practices, including important dos and don'ts for safe operation. I definitely felt much more confident in my ability to keep our house running for my family than I did prior. He was also extremely friendly, kind, and easy to work with from start to finish. Scheduling was simple, he was very accommodating to our availability, and his work was fast yet meticulous. He ran multiple dry runs with our generator to ensure every targeted breaker was functioning properly, and even took the panel back off to include an additional circuit I initially didn't think would be necessary, but ultimately agreed was important for emergency situations. That extra level of diligence and care is rare. Justin is a one-man operation, but you'd never know it based on the quality of his work and professionalism. He is everything you could hope for in an electrician and more. He will absolutely be our go-to electrician moving forward. Pricing was fair as well. I am sure I am missing some other key points and compliments here, but nonetheless, thank you, Justin!

The week before Memorial Day 2026, a tree branch fell on my powerline, and ripped it out of the…read moremeter and to the ground. After the fire department came to ensure nothing was sparked in the walls, GP&L came to cap off the live wires. My house is around 75 years old, and still has a lot of older wiring, likely dating to the construction of the house. With no power and hot weather, I began couch-surfing while seeking an electrical company to do the needed repairs to get the connection up to current code. Two days later, I was getting frustrated, because recommendations gotten up to then were not returning my calls. (or possibly, the "cloaked" app on my phone was bouncing them into hyperspace...) A random search online led me to Angi's List, which led me to HR Phoenix, a company based in North Richland Hills. Paul, one of the owners, was reaching out to me within ten minutes of sending a request for proposal. At 10:30 at night! I was impressed... He came over to my house (in Garland) and scoped out the work needed, and gave me a quote. I felt it was reasonable, so we scheduled the job after the holiday. The crew showed up at the time promised, and got right to work. By days end, I had a super-grounded shiny new panel, the original fusebox with glass fuses disconnected and those circuits added to the new panel, and a mast for the powerline, so it is a LOT further from the ground. Yay! The office manager kept me informed on who was where, and emailing paperwork as needed for insurance and inspections. Paul intervened when there was a miscommunication with GP&L, and I had power before the sun went down that day! I'll be calling HR Phoenix first when I have the $$ to finish rewiring the house! (or for any other electrical work, for that matter.)

I ended up having to cancel and they haven't refunded me my money despite numerous requests and have further stopped responding to me. And the number I had been using for them no longer works. So I don't know if they've blocked me or what, I now have to figure out how to get me money back for a job they didn't perform.
