The tires were a very reasonable price, slightly less than comparable tires at discount actually, but the service fee was obviously a bit more which i didn't mind at all, because you're paying for the convenience and it was incredibly convenient having him come to my location and do the tires instead of me having to sit in the tire shop and wait. I would definitely recommend using this service, especially if you are busy and value your time. Absolute first class service had a very reasonable price in my opinion.

I called the towing company and talked to Steve and he said he could be there in 30 mins. Well he was a man of his word because he was there on time or maybe even earlier which is amazing in my eyes. He was very nice and personable throughout the whole process. We towed it back to my house and I paid him via debit card which was super convenient and fast. He sent me my receipt through text message and also I was able to share all the addresses and information through text which to me was super easy and convenient. Also, his initial quote of the cost was very close to the final cost for me. Which again to me is amazing. Bc who wants to be stuck with a bill that is totally different from your initial estimation. Because this company has always stepped up to make things right. So, two Subaru WRX's and two Subaru Outback's for tires and wheels since 2006 and thousands of dollars later, I am back for more tires for my Subaru Outback 3.6R. I always buy the Yokohama Geolander A/T tires, and my last set was the GO15 series. Unfortunately, the Yokohama tires are not available anymore at Discount Tires so the sales representative suggested the new version, the Geolander AT4. I usually do lots of research before committing to a large purchase as this, but this time relied on the sales representative to know the tires. Unfortunately, the new AT4 is not a direct replacement for the GO15. It is in fact a new design with a different target audience, the true off roaders, not the occasional person that simply needs better traction when driving to the slopes in winter to go skiing. When I realized the aggressive thread and road noise was really becoming a problem with a simple drive to a restaurant for lunch in the summer and dry roads, I called and talked to Colby at the Greenville store and explained my situation. Colby suggested the Falkin Wildpeak A/T Trail as the best replacement option and has offered to order and install 4 new tires for me in a few days. I will owe a small installation fee of 100 dollars, but that is ok. It has been over 30 days since I bought the new Yokohama's. I have done my research on this Falkin tire and expect it to perform as I desire. The new tires will be installed today or tomorrow and I will update this review after the replacement tires are installed.

After walking out to my vehicle (in the rain) and inspecting my tires with his electronic tire tread gauge, Chandler agreed with my assessment. However, he still didn't pressure me into buying a certain brand. After reviewing my options, I went with Yokohama. It's been a few weeks now and I've been very pleased. Would definitely recommend DT for your tire needs but at this specific location, Chandler was very knowledgeable but not sales-pushy. I appreciated that about him. Highly recommend asking for him.
