They could do a better job of screening some of the tenants and limiting the number of people per unit, but they do not allow dogs and only small cats. Somewhat pricey for what you get, but not too bad. The management is easy to deal with and they are quick to respond to repair requests. The application process was quick and easy, and it can mostly be done from out of town. The apartments are in a good location, central to most things. Good about bug spraying and keeping the grounds maintained, but the pine trees and sandy soil make it hard for them to keep grass growing well. Not very shady and dumpsters are right out front in the some parking lots. Biggest drawback is the traffic on Airport Blvd, but there is a light at the main entrance and a back entrance to avoid Airport Blvd. The front gate does not work well and it is broken down a lot so, if you want a closed up place at night, beware.

i would not recommend wasting your time on visiting this dealership 04/09/2026. We drove 3 hours…read moreto purchase a 2025 automobile that had been on their lot for 128 days. We arrived and found the auto that was listed on the internet. Very nice salesperson greeted us and we test drove the auto. We made it clear we were there to purchase automobile. We entered the facility and completed the obligatory documentation. We were advised we had excellent credit rating. The salesperson had to speak with the manager. Came back with a proposal that they would reduce the price $2,000 to the internet price if we agreed to pay $1,000 cash down payment. We stated that did not make any sense. They failed to provide us with a specific interest rate for the loan. We made an offer for the amount posted on the internet, a specific interest rate, and for 72 month period. The salesperson returned to consult with the General Manager. Salesperson returned and said our offer was not accepted unless someone would be willing to co-sign the loan. We said no and advised the salesperson we would be leaving. The salesperson called out to us as we were leaving and stated the GM wanted to talk to us. He said the person seeking to purchase the auto did not qualify for the requested interest rate. You will need to have a cosigner to get that rate. (Remember- we had been advised we had excellent credit). We declined. The GM shouted over his shoulder as he was returning to the facility, "You won't find a rate like that anywhere else". I would not recommend this organization to anyone seeking to purchase an automobile. Very rude to customers who had driven 3 hours to do business with them.
