Joe came to assess the job, explained the work and then later that day received an email with a proposal. The office was able to schedule the job within a week. I had 6 LED Hi- hats installed in my low ceiling living room, that had no existing lighting. The job was done in less than 2 hours by two very professional and respectful employees, (Dan and Mark) with no damage to my existing popcorn ceiling or wall outlet. They did a wonderful job, and i love my new lights. Called Pope electrical because we had an issue with our hot water tank. We had a plumber out and he…read moresaid that our tank had a bad connection, it blew 3 thermostats and 2 tanks. The electrician came out, checked the wiring, replaced a wire, added a shut off because it wasn't in line of sight, turned on the breaker, turned on the water and viola, we had hot water!! We will recommend them to everyone, we will be looking into a whole home surge protector.
