I had never booked a limo before so I sent messages to several companies for availability, details and pricing. Out of all of the companies, TTS was the only one who CALLED first to review all of my questions, then followed up with an email to confirm. Great service from the start. I had booked a Tesla Model S for a concert that was postponed within 2 hours of my scheduled pickup time. They were immediately calling me to let me know they would just reschedule me for the next day for the concert. I was also informed that my car was not available for the next day, so I was offered an upgrade to a Tesla Model X at the original price. David was great at helping navigate the process and the date change. We had a wonderful time and will never have to shop around for the best company as long as Tesla Taxi of Seattle is around. Tesla Taxi of Seattle is a very reliable and cost-effective service. It is easy to schedule appointments. and the company provides emails, confirmation prior to the trip and and text/voicemail messages prior to arrival at my home in Redmond if there are unexpected delays because of traffic or bad weather. I am disabled and depend on the owner,David Hughes, who also serves as one of the drivers, for transportation to medical appointments within 20 miles (one-way) of unincorporated Redmond. I Troy has also been one of our trusted drivers. I really cannot say enough to thank David for his service. We had a doozy of a snow storm to deal with and he went out of his way to get me to the airport. He had to park at the top of my hill, walk down to get me. Then we had to take several detours to make it to the freeway. Long story short, we made it most of the way to the airport before we were forced off the freeway by the ice. David parked in a nearby lot and WALKED me to the airport in about 8" of snow. Incredible. I don't know if any other car service provider would have done that for me. I am truly grateful to David for this above and beyond service. I don't remember if I left a review for this Tesla Taxi. But I want to anyway! In November 2017, I flew into Seattle and called Tesla Taxi. I had a reservation. The driver (David??) was there in minutes and told me exactly where to go and where to stand and that he would find me. He drove me out to Tacoma to pick up my truck from a shipping yard. He drove all over the place with me looking for the right shipping place. He also answered all my questions about the Tesla, which I had never seen before. Very humbled taxi business model with Tesla owners as drivers. The experience we had was amazing. We used this seamless service to get picked up from marysville and dropped off in Olympia for only $150.00 this was the lowest price we could find, even lower than uber and lyft by far! At first when reserving I thought this had to be too good to be true, but the service was spot on. The driver arrived 15 minutes early and he was incredibly knowledgeable about the cars and very interesting.
