Although light on greens and grilled chicken, it had a lot of Parmesan shavings, focaccia croutons, and Caesar dressing. The second item was the 18,9€ Pinsa Pancetta e Tartufo, a surprisingly large flatbread topped with truffle cream, Italian pancetta, melted mozzarella, mushrooms, and black truffle pearls (Photo 10).
