Then he looked at the x-rays again, said the root was on a diagonal or something, and he would refer me to an oral surgeon. What? Wait a minute! Why am I here if you can't do what you said you were able to do - you had a chance to look and agreed. Confidence undermined!!! Pretty sure I don't want you to do anything! Why does the office website say oral surgeon but I got a referral to somewhere else. And the deep cleaning we also agreed on, got an appointment for a cleaning and maybe then do a partial deep cleaning but it was in three months!!!! Not happy. I was so hopeful. I ended up calling back Monday afternoon only to be told the same thing. They clearly do not keep records of calls/info given because I had to give them the same information again. Someone called me back today(8/27) but I missed the call, they didn't leave a voicemail(the number they called back on does not match the number listed on their site) so I had to spend 5 minutes searching. When I called back, i told the lady what i had been calling for. She told me a consult would be $213 and if I needed an X-ray it would be $185. I had already stated I wanted to know what all this would cost WITH insurance. She said she wouldn't know until the consult and insurance team verified. Why on earth would I schedule a consult, PAY, and then WAIT for you all to tell me how much any of this would cost? that's backwards.
