Was to have a filling redone, and came with the expectation that we would remove a wisdom tooth. He had seen my X-rays and I was prepped mentally for this procedure (very important to me). The extraction was the purpose of my visit and was agreed up on a brief prior "survey" sort of visit. Then he looked at the x-rays again, said the root was on a diagonal or something, and he would refer me to an oral surgeon. What? Wait a minute! Why am I here if you can't do what you said you were able to do - you had a chance to look and agreed. Confidence undermined!!! Pretty sure I don't want you to do anything! Why does the office website say oral surgeon but I got a referral to somewhere else. And the deep cleaning we also agreed on, got an appointment for a cleaning and maybe then do a partial deep cleaning but it was in three months!!!! Not happy. I was so hopeful. But if this office can't give me a new associate, I'm going to have to go shopping again....

I found myself in desperate need of an emergency root canal, but every other endodontic group I called was booked out for 10 days to two weeks. After leaving a voicemail at Dr. Vir's office, he actually called me back directly. Even though he was scheduled to leave for his summer vacation, he graciously fit me into his schedule the very next morning to ensure I wasn't left in pain. Both Dr. Vir and his long-tenured staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and compassionate. Most importantly, the dental work itself was excellent and completely stress-free. When I called the receptionist said that the specialist had to go... While it wasn't ideal that I was slightly late, usually there is a fifteen minute grace periods for things like this. The procedure in question was a root canal... I have never seen so much lack of empathy in a single medical professional office ever. I explained I had to drive out from almost an hour away, they said it didn't matter. Save yourself some time and money Endodontic Partners takes healthy smiles as well, and will do so for 50$ cheaper and with much better service.

As a result, I had to get dental surgery (an implant) which has cost me $3,000 so far and I still don't have a tooth. This was all because Dr. Delgado felt the need to deceive me about the procedure he discussed with me (removing a crown and looking underneath) and the one he actually performed (a re-root canal without my consent), the former of which I confirmed before my appointment. I don't typically complain but I really got duped by this guy and I'm out a lot of money because of him.

The front office staff are very friendly and are happy to help. My dentist, Dr. Strickland is really wonderful. He's a great communicator and does an awesome job keeping me informed. He is able to also explain any problems or courses of actions in a really accessible way and I always feel like he has my best interest at heart. My only criticism is that sometimes the finance department doesn't always quote things correctly, so I strongly recommend having them going over billing while you are still there.

I saw Dr. Reed and was very happy with the care I received. He and his staff were pleasant, professional, and took great care of me. In fact, when Dr. Reed filled the cavity in my upper molar, I barely felt it! The office isn't fancy, but it's clean and pleasant. I highly recommend Smile Street Dental!

Found this dentist through my Delta Dental insurance plan. I have been there twice and had the…read morepleasure to deal with Doctor Sanchez. The first visit was in reference to having the rest of my teeth pulled out and get dentures. Which I didn't do anything about as of right now. My second visit 12-27-18 was reference to having a bad toothache the night before, I called them in the morning and they had me come in the same day that I called. With this visit he informed me what teeth was bad and what I should have done with no pressure from him to do this or that. I then decided to have two teeth pulled out and he wants me to wait until my gums heal and have the rest of my top teeth pulled out and new Dentures put in. One of the best things I can say about dr. Sanchez is he will give you his advice and do whatever you want him to do. I do plan on going back in the next couple weeks and having my remaining five teeth pulled out and getting Dentures so I can smile again. He is also a very concerned person about his patients.
