Then he looked at the x-rays again, said the root was on a diagonal or something, and he would refer me to an oral surgeon. What? Wait a minute! Why am I here if you can't do what you said you were able to do - you had a chance to look and agreed. Confidence undermined!!! Pretty sure I don't want you to do anything! Why does the office website say oral surgeon but I got a referral to somewhere else. And the deep cleaning we also agreed on, got an appointment for a cleaning and maybe then do a partial deep cleaning but it was in three months!!!! Not happy. I was so hopeful. But if this office can't give me a new associate, I'm going to have to go shopping again....

The surgeon and his staff have worked together for many years, some staff members have been there for decades. They listened to the patient, offered some surprise conveniences such as a blanket, and performed the work of pulling a rear tooth as a highly gifted team. The patient stated she felt nothing including the injection. Later that evening the doctor called to see how the patient was doing. Now it's a day later - no pain. We highly recommend him.

Someone called me back today(8/27) but I missed the call, they didn't leave a voicemail(the number they called back on does not match the number listed on their site) so I had to spend 5 minutes searching. When I called back, i told the lady what i had been calling for. She told me a consult would be $213 and if I needed an X-ray it would be $185. I had already stated I wanted to know what all this would cost WITH insurance. She said she wouldn't know until the consult and insurance team verified. Why on earth would I schedule a consult, PAY, and then WAIT for you all to tell me how much any of this would cost? that's backwards. I had my right side wisdom teeth extracted a few years ago somewhere else and didn't have to pay for the consult because it WENT THROUGH INSURANCE.
